Great place, the lady at the front desk is always kind and helpful and anytime I need it fast service they provide it. No issues just normal hard working people who do their best and I been going to this place over 4 years.

I can only recommend this place because my Dad brought his clothes a few times a month. I am not sure if owners changed through the years. But he had been going here maybe 10 years more or less. He wore a lot of delicate clothing such as suits, button down shirts etc. he would always inspect the clothing when it was ready for pick up and almost no complains. If their was something not well iron it would get fixed almost immediately. He started taking my dresses and coats and I really liked the work they did and service. I recommend this place!

THIS LADY CHEATS ON EVERYTHING. DOLORES Not trustworthy.I’m super upset. We asked all around the valley for a price quote and this owner knew my mother so we felt comfortable having our curtains dry cleaned by her. DRY CLEANED. First of all the service was done late and the WORST of all THIS IS NOT DRY CLEANED. She shrunk it by washing it WHEN ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE WASHED. I’m insulted and super upset . My home looks ridiculous. These are expensive curtains I PAID to have them washed. And they are DAMAGED on all corners. IM SO UPSET. WORST CHRISTMAS EVE W T F.Service: Deep clean

My mom sent these curtains to get cleaned for Christmas and this is what she got! She is so upset over the curtains that shrunk and over tore on the edges. We have lived next to this business for years. My mom has always trusted this cleaner, even after we moved, my mom still came back. But after today that trust is broken. You ruined my mom's curtains and made her unhappy on Christmas day. No merry Christmas for the sherman way cleaners.

Even though I don't need dry cleaning services in this post-Covid age, I found the people at Sherman Way Cleaners to be friendly and the services provided to be good at this Van Nuys dry cleaner. They do a number of uniforms for various companies, as well helping individuals with their personal needs. Even though they provide some services at the store, I believe that most actual dry cleaning is done off-site. My shirt was cleaned and smelled good too. I'd go back here when I'm in the SF Valley.

What an amazing job they did with my work shirts they look brand new now. I am so happy with the service and it does not hurt the staff is courteous. It's almost as people in 2021 forget to be courteous. When you finally find one you're stoked!

They washed my $200 white hoodie and turned it blue! They proceeded to accuse me of lying and said I brought it in that way, amongst several other crazy insinuations. I showed them pictures of the original condition and then they only offered to pay for part of the cost!! It was $200!! I could say so much more about this transaction.........but I'll just leave it at, the service was horrible on all levels!!!!! Buyer beware!!!!!

Great service, friendly. I will continue using this cleaners even though I'm a few miles away and there's other cleaners in my area. The prices are competitive and service great. My clothes looks much better when I leave this cleaners than it does from the ones in Pacoima. Great work

I'm not afraid to admit I was intimidated when I took an entire car load of dry cleaning to Sherman Way Cleaners. It was my entire closet, and my girlfriend's entire closet. Lola and her team surpassed my expectations, got it to me fast, had terrific service and communication, and is the best priced in the area-- not to mention it was delicately handled, brilliantly pressed and has a gentle but nice smell. Would definitely recommend and would also recommend if you're doing a bulk load of stuff for a film shoot.
