Don’t go here, literally the worst gas station on earth. I stopped here to use the bathroom and get some water on the way to my nail lady’s house, since I have kidney problems and was still too far away from her house to wait that long it gave me anxiety. I walked in and asked the clerk if there was a bathroom I could use, and he was the scariest skeleton like man, who scares me even more by telling me I can use it at my own risk, saying they don’t clean it, tells me “nasty people” go in there often, these are all his words. He kept repeating go at your own risk as I went in. Like what kind of clerk tells a customer they don’t clean their bathroom during a pandemic? Seriously so gross.

I don't typically leave reviews for gas stations unless the service is so exceptional or so horrible that it warrants a review. This review is for an exceptionally horrible experience due to the attendant who is quite frankly, an idiot. (Or, for the record, management implementing the rules, but the attendant on duty did not make it any better) Look, I completely understand, accept, and appreciate the changes being made to service establishments (restaurants, retail, etc) but there is a right and wrong way to treat customers. I came by this morning on my way to work to get gas and run in for coffee and a snack. The signs on the door simply said that entrance would be limited due to Coronavirus. Nothing about hours. Nothing about no entrance. Nothing about anything how to actually pay/buy/takeout or go about your normal business. When I first pulled up the attendant was just staring at me in my car. I walked up to the door and he starts waving at me very rudely, like he's demanding I walk over to the window where he is standing. I walk over and say they are closed. I say well I want to get gas and a coffee. He says "11 oclock". I said "11 what? That's when you open?" He nodded his head. Really? That's not how the restrictions work but sure, go the extra mile but at LEAST have some respect for customers still trying to support your business which won't have any support now.

Sti fairly new...less than two years old Shell service gas station at the intersection of Victory Blvd and Woodman Ave. I usually pass by for scratchers, snacks and miscellaneous items inside. The inside is as immaculate as the out. They have great pumps and a lot of room to get in and out of the station. I've only gotten gas here a very small amount of times since the quality is great, but the price is not always or nearly right... Actual retail price... a little too high, but in a pinch you can't go wrong with this Shell. They do close the inside from 3am or 4am to 6am to avoid any trouble, clean and keep the service attendants minds at ease (safety first), however there is always someone around/available and a walk up window if you need anything. I've never had any trouble or heard of any trouble here and hope there won't be.

No fkn stars! Called 3 times and the first two we're picked up and clicked on. The third was the voicemail. Who ever works here needs to get fired and management need to do their job and obviously monitor and micromanage these lazy people.
