I recently had work done here for replacing shocks, belts, etc. I called and spoke with Saeed, who told me to come in and drop off my car in the a.m. during the weekday. It was a busy day, but my vehicle was ready in several hours. Service was great, communication was excellent, and everyone who works there is honest. I will most likely come here for routine oil and fluid changes since their prices seem to be better than the chains I go to. I strongly recommend calling first before bringing in your car.Lastly, like many of you, I took a glance at the reviews before deciding to call. The reviews about their excellent service and honesty are accurate, except for that one "woke" woman with orange hair who threw a tantrum/meltdown because someone wasn't wearing a mask.

Amazing service and great customer service. The staff is professional and friendly, they got me in right away for an oil change and I was out of there within 20 min. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Valley!!

Set Apart Auto is such a blessing to its customers. Our family has been going there for probably ten years now. We will drive from far away (this time OC) to get the car to Set Apart because Saeed is so trustworthy and takes such good care of his customers. He is always kind and considerate and always gives the best advice. I know I have saved THOUSANDS of $$ over the years because I have listened to him. This shop is a great place to go to if you need help ASAP. I bring my car in whenever I need to and every time I am met with friendly and respectful staff. I am not car savvy and they take the time to explain to me what my car needs, the cost, and my options. They dont patronize you for not knowing about cars like at other places and for big jobs try to work with you in terms of budget. They are patient and kind. This is literally far from where I live and make myself go here because they are honestly the best.

Solid work and quick, went there for smog check and I had a check tore pressure lite on. The person who was checking smog took the time to check all four pressure and filled front two to get is corrected pressure. Thank you!

I give it not even 1 stars (just had to), the b******* I was put through due to the s*** this place put me through , For two whole weeks My car had been shaking and the engine light on I got it checked before I sent it in to this place that the guy I bought the car from (yes I barely owned the car for less than a week)!I decided I really liked the car ide be willing to wait which shouldn't have been that long Literally had me feeling as if I wasn't getting my car back I had to go back n fourth to this place almost every other day cause I felt something shady was goin on Everyday I would call to see if it was done and everyday Aly ady whatever his name was would give me a different excuse for why it wasn't done . He told me and my friend that they had to put the codes in and the system was down one day supposedly had some guy who he introduced us to that he was paying his 250$ an hour ,comes walking up to us with a cig in his hand (no professionalism about the guy) And anyways I had to fork out 400$ for this places work the total was 1,400 that was supposed to be paid to them And that he got from the guy who sold me the car who paid it and Aly had not mentioned to me that he was already paid in full when I gave him my money luckily only 300$ but he said it was okay that I could come by the next day to pay him the other 100$ What a fucken scam artist straight up wouldn't recommend this place at all nor recommend driving near this place imtheres bad written all over this place and the owners in its, long story short after the 2 weeks of them having my car and my friend telling his it better be done soon he calls me the next day says he fixed it all couple hours intondrivingbthenengine light turns on and immediately noticed he f***** up my air conditioning which worked before I gave them my car and the shaking was still happening! What the hell did they do with my car that they had it for 2 weeks and not one thing was fixed ? What was this guys plan my intuition was telling me very strongly that something wasn't rite ! I'm lucky I got my car back ! It's sad , pathetic, scumbaggish , no good words for them .
