This is the most unethical business I have ever experienced. First they do not honor car warranties. Second they increase fees to make up for warranty expenses. Furthermore, once they agree on a price they do not honor it. I found both the service representative and the service manager to be unethical and simply untrustworthy people. Horrible liars. Do not go here. We switched to Rydell Chrysler Dodge and Jeep for a fantastic experience

I came all the way from San Diego to this dealership to purchase my 2023 Camaro 2SS and I gotta say that it was a great experience overall. Jonny Olvera helped me through the whole process from giving me details on the car to just giving me the best deal possible. He made sure the whole paperwork process was quick and easy to head back on my way with my new car. Overall Jonny is your to go person when purchasing a vehicle at Van Nuys CDJR.

Took my car for an oil change... simple.... Oil change, car wash and tire rotation.... Guy was nice but when I picked it up... said only the oil change was done because I didn't leave my wheel lock key there (never called to ask, it WAS in the vehicle) then made a whole story how the car couldn't be washed because the car wash was down no cars got washed and the car was washed... nice surprise but makes you wonder about integrity. Salam and Roger really changed my perception of car sales and salesman. They went above and way beyond what they needed to do for me in purchasing my jeep. Salam was able to give me the best price out of all other dealerships with just one phone call and no nonsense back and forth. I was in and out quick on a Saturday night 9pm with the price quoted over the phone. They stayed late for me. Thank you !

What an appalling and furious experience with their service department. I made an oil change appointment a week in advance. Scheduled for 9am, with traffic delays I arrived at 9:30am. The service advisor, Payman Arjang, tells me that they need 3 to 5 hours to do the oil change. Shocked, I asked him why and he said there were many cars ahead of me. I agree to leave the car with them but before I do, he tries to sell me additional service routines ranging from $200 - $500. I decline. I return at 2:30pm and see that my car is just exiting their service garage. I go inside to tell him that I see my car and ask him to confirm if it's ready. Without making eye contact with me he tells me he's "waiting for the paperwork". Another 10 minutes pass by and he tells me it's ready. Without receiving any paperwork from his attendants. As I leave their service office he gives me the most fake, nonchalant "have a nice day" line. I gave him, his entire staff and their service manager a well-deserved piece of my mind. They are either overbooking their appointments or do not have enough techs working during their service hours. Incredible that they need 5 hours to do an "express oil change". No service, no care, no class whatsoever.

WASTE OF TIME!! Why did you waste my damn time!? I made a service appointment online four days in advance, took time off work and showed up at my scheduled time only to be told that you would have to keep my car 8-10 days before it even got looked at. Why are you even allowing for online appointments if that is the case? Maybe you could at least say this on your service scheduling site or in the various emails I received after making my appointment. This is just lousy service. I hope that you take the necessary action on your website so that other customers aren't duped into coming to you for service.

do not shop at this store for a car. they are disreputable. we went there today to buy a lexus rx 350 l and they quoted us $30,750. then when we returned they said there were dealer addendum fees. we would have to pay an additional $5, 279 for lowjack, nitrogen tires, liquid based seal for paint protection, and theft insurance. they gave us no option. they said that all of the "dealerships are doing this now." we had a bad experience. buyer beware! out the door total would be $39,899 with tax, regitration, and dmv fees. so we went from $30,750 to $39,899. we had made them an offer and they said they would consider it and this is what happened. do not ever go to this store, i'm warning you, you will regret it!

The best car buying experience ever!!! Jose the sales person was super nice and knowledgeable. He showed me different trims and models and helped me to understand and make the best car choice for my needs. Eric the sales manager helped me get an awesome finance deal on the car I chose. Thank you for that! Great overall experience! Highly recommend to anybody who is looking to purchase a car.

I don't write too many reviews, but after what happened at this dealer I had to get this story out there for others to be careful. I brought my Dodge Durango for a warranty repair at this dealer in December 2023. After a week went by with no updates, I called just to get an update and it was like pulling teeth to get an update. I had to call 12 times over a two day period and I would get inconsistent answers each time as to why no one could give me an update. Annoying, but nothing out of the ordinary for bad dealers (which this one clearly is). I ended up opening a case with Dodge because of how long my car was down at the dealer, but the dealer continued to play games. The dealer would give Dodge misinformation about how long my repairs were taking, the status of my car, etc. The dealer would literally tell Dodge one thing that my case manager would then tell me, and then the dealer itself would tell me something completely different from what they told my case manager. The big issue here was the fact that Dodge helped expedite the shipment of parts that my car needed for repairs and despite this, the dealer still took nearly a month to complete the repair! Again, super annoying, but nothing too serious. Here is where the real kicker comes in. When I finally got my car back in early February 2024 (two months later!), my car was still having issues. Due to my experience at this dealer, I decided to go to a different dealer. This other dealer inspected my car and informed me that the Van Nuys dealer damaged my car during their repairs, did not put certain parts they removed during the repairs back in place properly, and in some areas, they did not put back the parts they had removed. OMG! The worst part is that Dodge brand told me that because the dealer damaged my car, they had to cover the repairs. When I called Van Nuys Dodge to explain the findings by the other dealership and the instructions Dodge brand gave me to bring the car back to Van Nuys, the dealer refused to give me an appointment on two separate occasions! They literally were refusing to take accountability. I had to speak with a Dodge brand supervisor and that is when this issue was finally resolved. I ended up being able to get the repairs done at the other dealership (thank goodness) and the day I went to pick up my car, my service advisor told me that they had another customer who had service done at the Van Nuys dealership and who also had their car damaged by the Van Nuys dealership. Insanity! The moral of the story is that you should avoid the Van Nuys dealership at all costs! They will damage your car and if you do not know how to fight back, they will get away with it!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't understand how anyone could be satisfied by this service. Some piece In my engine burned and I had my car towed to my dealership. It took them 5 weeks to fix it. No loaner nothing. I've asked multiple times and each time I was told soon. Only few more days. After 2 weeks I demented to talk to the manager- turns out my car was still on the lot- no one even had worked on it. If that's not enough I've reached out to the sales department and wanted to turn my lease in for a new one. I only wanted to know the down payment amount I'd have to put down in order to get the new lease payments to the same price I'm currently paying. It's been 6 weeks now and I've talked to at least 10 different sale personal wanting to sell me something. No one makes notes or reviews previous conversations with the customers. Every time I have to explain myself over and over again. I finally was able to talked to a manger and told him please to take me off the list I no longer want to get any quotes. I was promised he would take me off the list and he would be the only person moving forward who would reach out to me. I've had another 3 different sales personal reaching out to me since then! Absolutely unprofessional service- it's unfortunate I love Jeep

Went in for a regular oil change and tire rotation, nothing major. Upon completion of the services, I drove off the lot. My 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 began to make a loud bang noise and drive a little strange. I pulled over and inspected the vehicle. To my surprise, one of my wheels was missing 4 out of 5 lug nuts. I was asked to bring the truck back, I was quick to respond, "No, it's not safe." they picked up the truck and took the vehicle back. The problem was corrected. I was told by multiple employees that upper management was aware of the situation and that I would receive a call. The call never came, and it was only addressed because I physically drove to the store. I spoke with the service manager, Hector H. he I came to an agreement on some compensation for terrible mishap and safety issues. We spoke. The promise has come and gone, I've called the service department at 818-787-0800 ext 1131, left messages, and as of today, no call back. I've called the cell number provided from his business card 909-449-8987, and the same is no answer or call back. Let's hope they hear me out and read my message and no AI or auto generated message,

Horrible customer service. Entrance to service was so packed you couldn't get your car onto the lot. Finally some tool named Vahe Gabriellan, who also goes by "Eddie" greeted me by implying that I had crashed my car and that's why the forward collision light was going on and off. He didn't stop to consider that the car only had 24 miles on it and was driven right off the lot and had zero damage. What I expected was, "That shouldn't happen on a brand new car, so let's take a look and get if fixed!" But no, he was implying that I was trying to pull one over on him. Then he said that if I did want to have it looked at I would have to leave it for 7-10 business days which is how long a diagnostic takes. HA! Might have mentioned that when I made the appointment. And it would cost me $299, which I would have to recoup from the dealer if it ended up that I DIDN"T crash my car. And he did all this with the bright and sunny personality of a disgruntled DMV worker. Stay away.
