I've had mixed experiences depending on who I am dealing with. The people working pharmacy do an amazing job out of the multiple locations I've been to in the valley. The cashiers are nice except for a specific middle aged Latina woman with black always tied up. She seems to have an attitude issues and needs to learn how to speak to customers without sounding condescending. As long as I avoid her I have a pleasant time at this location.

Continuity between previous shift having me pay for a script the day before and pick it up today yielded clerk trying to characterize as my error. Clerk then told me to wait another 10 minutes to re-enter a scrip I had been notified was ready while he went back to the waiting line. Over 8 ppl waiting for service. Raj was highly disrespectful.

There is a racist employee at this store! My husband (who is Latino and speaks English as a second language with a thick accent) shared a very upsetting experience with me that happened this morning. The system froze when he tried to insert his card to pay, so the employee grabbed his card. Then, instead of handing it back to him after she swiped it, she threw it down on the counter aggressively. When he asked her why she threw it instead of handing it back to him, she replied that it wasn’t her job. He replied that maybe that wasn’t the best job for her and then said “your customer service sucks” to which she then replied “your English sucks!” I wish I knew her name but she was short and had tattoos on her arm. I am appalled and disgusted at this employee’s racist attitude and that Rite Aid employs people like this. She needs to be fired!
Update: I found out that the name of the employee who treated my husband like dirt is Inge. Apparently she is the store manager. I can’t believe she gets away with treating customers this way!

Just the rudest pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Everything is a wait and then a big production .my meds are rarely in stock.Just nothing personable here,very clinical not friendly.Cheaper then cvs, but is it that much cheaper?
