Horrible customer service have attitudes like they hate their job. Also did nothing to try to fix an issue that I had, all I wanted to do was return a product and buy two more they have attitude problems here & act like they own the place. You don't like your job don't take it out on me go find yourself another job that you will be happy with. I will never return to rite aid again will stick to CVS.

Already been three times I have tried to get something last minute and, when I get to the store it's already closed,
Why is that?
It was 9pm, I took a picture at 9:30pm, and there were some people still shopping, and when I knocked on the door, someone waved back just to let me know, that it was closed and was not letting me in,

Horrible service at the pharmacy, entire store is usually half empty and filthy. The pharmacist also was unsure and gave incorrect instructions during my "consultation" i was in a lot of pain and listened to her and put the cream on my skin instead of my nail and it burned my skin...moved to a new pharmacy.

Today I paid for medicine for my son's cold and I received poor service from the last cashier who was there tonight at 7:00 pm otherwise I'm wrong, the woman's name is María, a gray-haired, dark-haired lady about 70 years old. and I haven't been there for months and every time she is there I know that she will make me feel uncomfortable and harassed by her. She is disgusting too and I don't know why she makes the clients uncomfortable. She is like a rude psychopath. Please, you should pay attention to what she says. She is a racist with her own Latino clients. If she is apparently Mexican or Guatemalan, she starts making sarcastic comments to the clients and is racist aside from the fact that she was in a hurry to charge me and what I most want to report is that because I was in a hurry she did not give me the flu syrup because The one I went to is a super bad service that that Latin lady gives and she has a very bad presentation because of her I lost 40 dollars in the trash because she was so precise that she didn't give me a receipt and she didn't give me the syrup wow maybe you see Someday read this comment because she stole my medicine she only charged me for it and didn't give it to me she started serving the customer in the back and she hadn't finished grabbing my things and she didn't give me a receipt I hope they do something about it for that employee María I think is her name but she was today 10/25/2017 at 7:00pm charging if possible and I gave her a zero and by the way I called to tell her that I have the translation from the bank to give me my medicine and she told me what happened??? When she answered that I told her Spanish, wow, this lady has very bad customer service from people like her, it is not pleasant to go to this location and I hope the manager understands an upset customer from someone who finds it funny to treat people like that

I was crying in pain when I arrived and the woman who works in the pharmacy noticed and asked me for my prescription and gave it to a pharmacist and everything was fast and everyone was kind so I want to give them 5 stars for the very kind and amazing service ?

Ani , Jennifer and Chris are the A-team at rite aid , they move & shake the pharmacy to get things done quickly , accurately and professionally, they have knowledge outside of the department to help other customers as well, I love them !!!

This is for Rite Aid store at 7239 Woodman Ave, Van Nuys, CA 91405On Wednesday, January 11 @ approximately 2:45-ish, I went up to the check out with my purchase selections. The light was on for one checkout lane however no one was there. It was just me in line, so I waited for several minutes until the cashier -- I think her name started with an "N" arrived. However, she started ringing up the person that was following her saying that she was helping her friends first. Then she started ringing up a second person and I protested and she told me to "Relax". This is not fair -- a cashier helping her friends over customers. The policy should be first come first served and I had been waiting for several minutes at an abandoned cash register. I had been waiting in line and not only was she not there but she was ringing up her friends first. She was also rude. Because she took 2 people ahead of me, I abandoned my sale and went to CVS instead.
