About 13 years ago I went to Rent A Wheel to finance my tires. Yesterday 11/14/2023 I received a phone call stating that they were trying to get in touch with the father of my children regarding our account which I NEVER co-sign or agree to finance tires. I asked the young lady to please remove my information off of the account and she stated she couldn’t because he had somehow opened a new account to the inactive account that was opened 13 years ago to get tires last month. So to make this clear YOU can get tires here with bad credit and place ANYONE as a co-signer without there consent and they don’t even verify the people that you list as references because if they did they would have never been in this situation to begin with.Well I called a few times and they wouldn’t answer. I will record all future calls and submit a certified letter for action to be taken and immediately close this account with a deadline of 30 days and see how far they’re willing to go. Do they pay people to make some of these reviews because I don't see how people are happy pain three times the amount for a set of cheap tires this will be my last time I don't know why I came back don't do it run away turn around

The staff is very rude.It starts off nice until you get a contract with them.Then you are talked to real foul over the phone.Asked to shut up..listen me..but u cant say anything..once u wanna ask a ??? They hang up in your face.You will be better off paying cash than paying for some used merchandise that you will never get paid off.Not professional at all.Early Pay Options is a rip off.Come up with anything to say you missed it.Been paying on the rims and tires since beginning of March..now look its almost Christmas they started my almost all the way over.I feel like its unfair r a person work hard for what they want..And to get tried to hustled out of more money.BaaaaaddddBussssinnnnesss.Dont go here...unless you want to pay for something you will never own...When you finally do pay the actual price $4,000 you paid almost close to $8,000.

These days you have to cut cost if possible! We visited the location on Crenshaw Blvd. first and then the one on Manchester and both places are a rip off. The location on Crenshaw said they didn't carry Ironman tires and quoted us $274 per tire for their cheapest tire. However, the other location had Ironman at the same price. Both locations could have done better with their customer service and offered a different tire at a cheaper price, since this is what we told them we were looking for. Neither location seemed interested in selling tires let alone at a cheaper price. We found our tires elsewhere.I also wasn't too happy of the manager at the front desk on Crenshaw Blvd. with her snifflling, nose running, and wasn't wearing a mask. None of the staff were masked!

Unprofesional, disrespectfull they will blow your phone and contacts phones if you miss hrs from your payment. Staff wont take your requests serious and will harrass every contact to make a desperate sale. If requesting to speak to a store manager they will refuse and between employees will impersonate their position to dismiss any formal complaints against their staff. Highly recommend not to do bussiness with this particular store.

After a less than desirable experience, I reached out to corporate and was assisted by the regional manager Sydney. Sydney is the ideal example of what leadership should be. Not only did he resolve my concern, he completely restored my faith in the company and earned my future business. I highly recommend rent a wheel based on Sydney's knowledge, compassion and professionalism alone. Thank you Sydney!

We didn't want the tires anymore but didn't live close to a store to return them. Made arrangements with a manager to return them through ups but they still took money out of our account . They also charge your account more than what is agreed to, they charge double what the tires cost , and if you dont pay them off by 120 days you pay 4x the amount of retail . One of the managers in Odessa ,Tx (Erick) states he has a signed creditcard form , he can charge whatever he wants.

Got wheels from them and they told me 1 price and charge me another so I'm upset so I'm going to pay it off the same as cash 120day is fake had to give an extra 300 dollars will never go back there is a lot of hidden fees

Big rip off bought wheels had to keep going back to have them balanced 4 times got stuck in a mud slide scratched the front wheels had to pay for them sold them to friend he went to put them on when they tried to balance them found out they are bent from manufacturer they sold me bent wheels
