Prices are decent, but that’s about the only good thing going here. The place is run by an insecure individual who uses a passive tone whenever he feels challenged, then bans you the second you push back. Classic insecure-man anger tactic. Guy should pick up a dumbbell instead of trying to social climb on his own staff.
The staff themselves aren’t much better — most look strung out and just as insecure as the boss. Feels like a social-club for the insecure, not a shop built for customers.
You’re better off going to “Off The Charts” — better prices, better weed.

Red Moon in NOHO is listing items at different prices than what they actually are. They say, for example, a pack of Matcha Jeeters is 10$ but then after you place the order they bump it up to 21$ per. They also, in addition to this false advertising, say that they offer a 20% discount to new customers but after the order is placed say they cannot offer the discount and it will have to be applied on the next order. They straight up lied and are trying to scam customers! I will NOT be accepting or paying for this significantly increased prices! They need to be removed from Weedmaps for being scammers! I very strongly recommend to never give this company your money!
Update 6 months later: And no this isn't a one time thing. They have known about this glitch for at least 6 months now and have chosen not to fix it. This is to trick people into buying from their store bc most people won't want to cancel their order, even if the prices jump up suddenly. Tricksy, illegal, and dishonest. Don't trust them.

Would rate this place a zero if I could . All their weed is reggie , They sold me wet weed that is only good for burning. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt and got a disposable from them and the disposable was defective. The disposable didn’t hit first day I bought it so I charged it and the disposable was hard to pull barely letting me hit (the cloud was small..) then it completely died so I took it in and manager charged it and the manager was too egoistic and said it was hitting fine i explained to her that I had to really use my chest to hit it as she saw too , she said it was manufacture issue I asked if I could get an exchange not a refund and she refused …. Therefore these people clearly are not looking out for you. They just want your money … I wouldn’t recommend to spend your money here. If you want to get high don’t buy from here . We have so many different options with good weed and good people like * off the charts * not even 1 minute away ✌?

RED MOON GET ON MY DAMN NERVES, THEY NEVER ANSWER THIER PHONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT TAKES THEM 1 1/2 TO ANSWER THE PHONE 2 PUT IN FOR A DELIVERY THEN I HAVE TO WAIT 2 HOURS TO GET MY DELIVERY. THIER ABOUT TO LOSE A LOYAL CUSTOMER.
