I’ve been to this Ralph’s many times and I usually have a nice experience hence the stars. I recently came in though with my boyfriend and we used the self-checkout. We went there for some medicine and there was a security guard in the isle, no problem right? As we walk to checkout the same security guard from the isle was waiting by the exit of self checkout. We finished paying and bagged everything and took one step towards the exit when the security asked if we paid for the medicine he saw us grab. Confused, we responded yes and immediately looked in the bag to grab the receipt. He kept saying that he saw us grab medicine and said yes we know, we paid for it. A worker came up beside me and without saying anything, reached into the bag to grab the medicine we bought and a box of food coloring we got. I was taken back by this action as i took it back from her and immediately showed them the receipt. The lady said “you guys are good, sorry” as she then places her hand on my arm. I understand that she was being nice, but it was a bit uncomfortable given the circumstances. The security guard continued to say he saw us and we were very confused as we said we know. He said it’s his job to “observe and see” as I responded that he clearly saw us pay for it as we were at the machine right next to him. My boyfriend and I look younger than our age and I can’t help but feel as though we were asked this because of that. There were MULTIPLE other people around also paying for things and they exited before us. Yet we were the only ones stopped and questioned. I understand it’s their job but the rudeness and the accusations were not needed.

Always well stocked, including advertised sale items. Excellent service deli, hot foods and soups. Clean store and friendly staff make for an great shopping experience.

The young clerks and a few of the cashiers are very kind . There is an associate I always try to avoid but somehow get stuck with her either at self check out or at one of the other registers. She's tall , wears a lot of makeup , never smiles and has a really mean attitude. You don't even have to talk to her during your visit and she'll find a way to say something rude and she uses a lot of foul language, it makes me uncomfortable. The past two times I had her I noticed that... I should also mention I was purchasing a few alcoholic beverages and she was so stuck in her weird funk she didn't check my ID and threw my items into the bagging area. I called the store and reported this but who knows if they did anything !

hello! Ralph’s is horrible. I ordered groceries from it and my purchase was $250 plus change. They replaced some items for more money less product. But the kicker was the final charge on my card was over $300 for what? I will never know… Ralph’s. Never again.

Very poor , I want to by a cake the person inside in the kitchen ignoring and she have bad actitud me is around 5 :30 Saturday , the other person is working in the food said the the baking person is in is launch sorry

The site is a bit crowded together. Good fresh veggies and fruit, decent bakery. I don't like that they eliminated some checkouts in favor of self check. The prices are higher than food for less (although they have more items), so I'd rather have a check out person bag my groceries for the process they charge. This past visit they had ONE full service open.
