I was in line one day minding my own business when I looked down towards the floor, you know where there is enough room to put the hand carried baskets. To my shock and horror I saw what I thought was a cockroach. When I looked closer it wasn't a cockroach but several cockroaches having the time of their lives running back and forth disappearing under the conveyor counter then reappearing. Well yes, they were having a great time. Right about then I felt like barfing and started to think about the food I had on the counter and how it was now lying upon a cockroach conveyor because you know as soon as Ralphs closes at 1am those cockroaches go from the floor to the conveyor to lick off all the food particles that have been deposited there during regular business hours. What other reason would they be living under the counter when there is food everywhere else in the store?
There's even the candy bar rack just next to the conveyor counter and I've never seen a cockroach crawling on those racks or anywhere else in the store.
However now that I have given it some thought it wouldn't surprise me if the cockroaches lived under any of the counters or kiosks that have been built in to be more permanent fixtures, including the fruit and vegetable stands.
I feel like barfing just thinking about it.
So the next time you go into this Ralphs I recommend checking your bags so you don't bring home any hitch hiking cockroaches after all they love to eat, defecate upon, procreate upon, drop their eggs upon everything in your bag.
If there was a proper rating system associated with this stupid review thing there would be a barf all over category. That's what I would give it. A barf rating.

Incompetent and rude deli department. Went in to grab an 8 dollar chicken meal at 2pm on Tuesday the 18th. The person working there looked like I was bothering him and didn't even know what was in the order. He had to come around and read the menu and still ended up getting the order wrong. Then didn't put the lids on the sides correctly which ending up spilling in the car. Quality of food was terrible. I actually came to this location thinking it would be better, it is by far, the worst. Avoid if at all possible.

A super big supermarket with lots of items to choose from. I wish some of the prices were better. Bogos would greatly be welcomed and appreciated.

Today I went to the deli and was greated by a rude employee. I ask for a sample of there new honey B.B.Q chicken and he was not happy about opening a new bag. The taste was not bad but not for me so I went to the ham. The employee said "do you want a sample also been really rude about it. I said no and just got the ham. Did not want to keep talking to the employee.

Hard workers' friendly atmosphere
The general manager is super friendly and looks exactly like a young Sid Haig
They don't carry kalamata olive spread or lemon curd, and the Ghee was mispriced this morning...
...I'm 55 I've been showing at this location since I was 23 (1993)
First little hiccup this morning
Other than that PERFECT!!!!

The prices for 12 pack of toilet paper are ridiculous. And I also noticed the prices for groceries and food keep raising every week or month and everything is becoming expensive. Stop making everything expensive and lower the prices a bit ?

Compared to other Ralph's locations this one is crowded, small, and it is hard to find someone to help you. This is especially annoying since prices are the same.
Also during a recent trip I checked prices ahead of time and ended up going to *whole foods* because it was cheaper. Ralphs is expensive

Worst shopping experience of my life. If you want to be disappointed by the lack of products stocked on shelves and be talked down to for asking for help from one of the employees, this is the place for you.

This is the routes I always go to you because I know where everything is and that makes it so much easier for me to get in and out so I don't spend a whole lot of time in there and everyone knows me and I know everyone else

I come here almost everyday and have to deal with rude employees. A women named Ariel is especially rude. I spend thousands of dollars every month here and buy formula for my baby at least 3 times a week and they act like I’m going to steal it every single time I don’t understand. Makes me never want to shop here. Find some new employees that respect the customers

Always have everything I need very helpful people will hunt something down even if it takes 15 minutes of searching through pallets the best people very friendly would rather go here than Ralph's
