Juan, Eli, and Nalleli were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. There were so many obstacles and back and forths with my auto insurance company that led to my vehicle being left for quite some time but the work and communication that this team has at this location is beyond what I expected due to my past experience at a different classic collision location. I highly recommend this shop and these employees for any and all of your vehicle needs. I was always told when, what time, and exactly what they were doing step by step and over phone call or even in person to see the work. Amazing team!

I couldn't have been more pleased with this experience. Nobody wants an accident but they removed virtually all stress
with positive attitudes, great workmanship, amazing customer service, and excellent followup on communication. The facility itself is comfortable and for us BMW owners it's good to know they have a BMW tech right on the grounds. I never thought of a body shop being classy but now I know and can recommend one. Classy Classic Collision.

Terrible service. Hopefully the repairs turn out ok but so far the service provided has been extremely poor. The car had a lot of frontal damage but the team could have been better at communicating. I understand the work takes time and I want a good final product but being without a car has a huge impact which is easier if you are working with an accurate date. The current estimate is already two weeks past the original. Every time I call I'm given a new date. At first I talked to different people and each would give me a different date. I never get a call back. The last 3 weeks I talked to Arthur and he changed the date each time we talked. It's always the same excuse, the assembly is complicated. Two weeks ago he was saying it was going in for paint and then assembly. Their contract has you acknowledge an extra charge for every day you don't pick up the car once it is ready. How about a charge for every time they change the date?
