I work with Jackson and Adrian as an MRI Technologist Intern and I have to say that these guys are very knowledgeable and professional. Not only are they great but everyone at the front desk as well. This has definitely been a positive experience and I recommend anyone to get a MRI and/or X-ray scan at Precise Imaging in Van Nuys.

I've been working as a case manager for over 4 years and have always liked working with Precise Imaging, however, I recently was put in contact with Scott Flaschner there and working with Precise has gotten even easier. I know I can always count on Scott to keep me updated and help get my client's scheduled ASAP. If our firm ever has issues, he's our go-to guy. I definitely recommend referring your clients to Precise and working with Scott!

I called to set up an appointment for CT scan, I was on hold for 12 minute till someone comes on the phone only to put me on hold for another 9 minutes and at the end I got cut off, horrible customer service to start!

This is my second time at this office and I'm glad I came back. The first visit over 3 years ago was for my mother. The experience with the staff and service was so good, I decided to come back for myself when I needed to have some X-rays done for my right foot and later, an MRI. Looking at some of the negative reviews, I was shocked considering the 2 times I've been here, the staff have always been attentive and extremely friendly. Communication during the appointment process was always accurate and concrete and I never once had any misunderstandings with whomever I dealt with. I will continue to come to this place any time I need any imaging service done. Awesome service!
