worst service ever, if I could put no stars I would. All the employees act as though customers are inconvenient and like helping customers isn’t part of their job so they just don’t help, no matter how many times you ask.

Went to shop today and there was a young employee, chin length brown hair, glasses, small. She was so incredibly rude to me because I was trying to grab items in an aisle she was trying to stock, rather than giving me space to shop, she berated me until I gave up and left.

Horrible customer service ... I wish I got her name but I didn't... Extremely rude ..attitudy girl ... The way she was talking to me, I felt like she could even be a manager... I'm definitely gonna go back and get her name and rewrite my review....
I think you guys should really hire workers that could do customer service.And maybe to have a pleasant smile on their faces when talking to clients.
Extremely horrible experience I just had.
Never going back to here .

I came here at 8pm the store closes at 9pm and the workers closed the self wash. They close it at 7pm on the weekdays and 5pm on Sunday. This is ridiculous! If the store is open till 9pm a self service should also be available. Or advertise on the website that this service has limited availability.

Although the staff is typically friendly, they never seem to have enough on the floor or registers. I also wish pet-co would invest a little more in training their associates on the animal products, etc.

I have an almost 3-year-old cat and at Petco it was easy for me to find the best litter for her, they have everything well organized and I could easily find her, I love the store, I always shop there ??

Best place to get my pets necessities. I have a pet tortoise and I recently adopted a kitten and Petco always has was I need for both pet whether it be food, toys, vitamins, dirt, litter and much more. The staff is also really friendly and willing to help?
