They are very Friendly. There's a nice sitting area with a tv while waiting. But you won't be waiting too long because they are very quick. I also had them deliver the print to me a few times and they are extremely fast. Sometimes I need them to drop off the prints all the way in Camarillo or downtown LA (and they get it there quick) They were also able to overnight a print to Chicago. Great experience all around.
