I’ve been stressing over the brakes on my vehicle so I came to Discount Tires to get them checked out. They were able to handle it without an issue. “This place is phenomenal. I have come here for oil changes, transmission and now brakes. My last visit, I had a rear brake warning on my BMW SUV. When I pulled up, they asked if it was front or back. I said, “I don’t know.” He took one look at the front and said “Those are new.” Then looked at the back and said, “it’s the rear.” Fixed the same day. Trustworthy. I have also gotten referrals to other mechanics for repairs they could not complete.”
“Seans Auto has been incredibly helpful in every area of service. I have a Fiat 500 Abarth, and it’s always been difficult to find someone who truly knows what they’re doing with this vehicle, but Sean definitely does. He’s very communicative about what needs to be done and why, and explains everything clearly. Work is completed in a timely manner and he’s consistently kind, respectful, and patient.

“I used to go here regularly for car wash. But now this place became fully automated. You don't talk to a human anymore, it's all computer. You have to vacuum and clean your own car. I miss the guys who did this job.”

“I've only had smog checks done here before; today was the first time I had an oil change done. Didn't take long; the customer in front of me was just pulling out when I arrived. Price is very decent compared to the pain I used to have to go through when I always changed my own oil. He also topped off my tires and coolant at no extra charge”
“A great experience overall.
We were in the market to purchase a car and after a month of research and confusing sales staff at other dealers I stopped at Subaru Van Nuys to check their available inventory. We were greeted by one of their sales staff Geoffrey.
I was thinking about a Subaru but it was not high on my list.
That all changed once we started speaking with Geoffrey about what was available, there was no pressure he listened to our needs and what cars we had been looking at and where we were in the process.
He was great, he made some recommendations, and laughed at my dribble of incoherent thoughts. (That apparently was all it takes with me)
The staff was great and Geoffrey made the decision easy, no varying information or additional costs while going through the process, subsequently we bought a car that day.

“Recently I had an coolant leak on my 2008 buick Lecrosse which I totally restored. I do some mechanic work myself,but I could not find where this leak was coming from,because it would only leak once pressure built up.so,a friend of mine told me about carzone.i took it to them.Mr.Donald was very nice.based on where the leak was coming from,it took him a while to find it;however,he didn't stop until he did.he also found that my power steering pump which I had recently installed, wasn't pumping strong enough which was causing my steering to be hard in tight places.instead of putting all of the engine parts back,and having me to return and pay for more labor,he changed it in the process. They done a really good job on my car.there are no my leaks,and,my steering is much better.i strongly recommend carzone.”
