worst cleaners ever. damaged and ruined three VERY expensive shirts and refused to return them to me after I paid them. They took them back to try and fix then refused to return them. Run don't walk from this horrible business.

First time I tried out these cleaners since the place I use to go to is no longer in business and I regret not reading the reviews before going. I took our clothes to get pressed. I was in a rush so I quickly paid, grabbed my items and left. When I got home I noticed a huge burn stain on one of our shirts. I know for a fact I did not take my clothes looking like this. The least they could've done was acknowledge they burnt and ruined my shirt when picking it up. Very disappointing. Won't be going back here, that's for sure. 0/10 would not recommend. When I returned that night at 6:20pm to address the issue the shop was already closed even though it says they close at 7pm on Yelp.

Dry cleaners that do good work. But not inexpensive. The alterations by their tailor Betty are TOP NOTCH however! She's done a couple of slacks and a suit perfectly

Start working with this family business since 2012,they running their small business with family very good I personally happy with their service.mom and Son are amazing people and excellent customer service. Victor works and help part time he is very professional and polite, respectful man ! I would definitely recommend all friends, co work, family and who ever I know to have business with Oasis cleaner ! Feel happy to have business with you guys! Worst experience ever! I have been coming to this place for over 10 years and the last few times they have completely dropped the ball. They never have your clothes ready when they are supposed to be and customer service is horrible. They make BS excuses and give you attitude when they are 100% at fault. The workers there look like they are either under the influence or just don't care about there business anymore. I told them I have been coming here for years and very disappointed about the way they have been treating me and giving me the run around and there answer was " O Well" they have completely lost there customer service skills and should honestly stop doing business if they are going to continue the way they work. Very disappointed and will never go back!

Very bad service!!!! they really do not care for their customers!!! don't go there, it does not worth your money!!!! I gave them 5 shirts for pressing only and they lost 2 of them and didn't want to take responsibility on the situation NOR any willing to take care of me!!!! Never happens to me anywhere else!

Now I know why they want to be prepaid. I gave them two new suits. They ruined BOTH of them! Stains and snags. Then they tried to tell me I gave them the suits that way. No class. This is why they are cheap.
