First impression was great. I was recommended by a close friend to this shop for their body work because I didn't want someone to just cheaply fix my car. I called they got my car in the shop next day even helped me get to the rental place to pick up my rental car. As far as service wise the timeliness was ridiculous. They told me it was going to be ready and then proceeded to keep pushing it back and pushing it back. I was in my rental for 2 months! Flash forward I finally get my car back, I go to turn on my ac, AC isn't working. So I had to take it back so they could fix that. Then it was brought to my attention that the driver side headlight isn't working (which it was before i dropped it off) along with the trunk button on the driver side door. But I had given up on going back and just decided to fix the problems myself because I knew it would get done a lot faster. Overall bodywork was great, paint job could just some help, and timeliness could be WAY better.

Dealing with an insurance claim can be a hassle but thanks to Lia and her team they handled everything very professionally and couldn't be happier with the outcome of their services! Would definitely recommend them if you are in this situation! Thanks lia!

If I could leave this place zero stars I would I have had the worst luck with his place and honestly a headache. They had my car for way longer than they said they were my car was filthy disgusting when I got it back covered in dirt and new scratches on my car and the worst part the guy in charge promised me for months that he was going to reimburse me for some of my rental that cost me $2000 because they had my car for so long and I had to harass him to get my money, and he still hasn't paid me and it's been six months later. They are so unprofessional.

Small but Mighty! I recently took my car for repair and they did a beautiful job. We had a small scrape on leaving and Jordan (the owner) did all the repairs for free. The people there are so nice. And their integrity and ethics are totally great. The work they do is first class all the way. I absolutely recommend North Star if you have any auto body work to be done. If I ever do I'll be back for sure.

This is the best collision shop I've ever been to! They care about your well-being and work hard to get your car in and out. I didn't have a ride to pick up my car when it was ready because my rental was up and they drove my car all the way to me in Long Beach! Best part about it they don't even charge a deductible!!! Safe and great place to get your car repaired. I recommended to all my friends and family. Don't go anywhere else, But Here!!!

Literally the best place to take your car for repair!I was in a lot of stress and worried after my auto accident.NSC took car of me and were very professional in the process of communication, quality and getting my car back I would recommend to anyone looking for honest and quality repairs.

AMAZED...I'm just flat out amazed by the level of customer service that I received from J, Jordan, and the entire North Star staff!Let's face it, getting in an accident sucks. It's not something that I ever want any of you to go through, but should life show up (like it usually does) just know that North Star will do everything in their power to ease the painWithin hours of contacting them they had a flatbed at my home to pick up my damaged vehicle and drop off a rental. Which, by the way, was in the same class as my vehicle and a pleasure to drive.They did an excellent job of communicating with me throughout the entire process. Making sure I was constantly kept in the loop and always knew what to expect nextI even received positive feedback from my insurance company and the adjuster regarding dealing with them.I even received pics of the OEM parts they installed! The peace of mind this gave me is everything! Do you understand how many places out there will try to rip you off and install used bs!?When AMGelina was done (yes, I named my car. Don't judge me) they dropped her back off looking better than newI can't imagine ever going any place else in the future for any of my automotive repair needsI can't recommend them enough.
