This company has fallen into the toilet and is well on its way to the sewer, where it belongs. I used to enjoy having my designs printed by NDF, but in the past year especially they have become highly unreliable. Fairly incompetent. Recently I received an order of business cards that was horrible. The proof they sent was nothing like the final product I received. It was obviously off center by more than 1/16 of an inch. On a business card that is immediately noticeable. And there is no good reason for that shabby work. On top of that one edge of all the cards was raggedy, as if they used a dull cutting device to slice the cards into the final size. Along that raggedy edge there was a distinct black mark. On every single card in the same location.I am very tired of these people and their bad attitude. Whoever this Ashley K person is, she is part of the problem that has befallen this once good operation. I have read her remarks to disappointed customers and they are the words of someone who knows nothing about customer service. Possibly she is also a LIAR.What a lousy turn of events. This company is on its way out. At some point they will have NO return customers.

It's not often that I leave a straight-up negative review, but I feel that these guys have earned it. I put in an order for 25 jackets on October 31st. I still don't have them almost 40 days later (so much for the "Next Day" part of their name). I was contacted 18 days in to let me know that they need additional business days to complete the order. There was no indication of how many, but on my account it showed over two weeks. It is now past even that date and the date has been pushed back another week. I called to voice my displeasure and after 30 minutes on and off hold all I have to show for it is a 1/2 refund on my shipping. Wait no, not a refund, a store credit. Mind you, the shipping price was an insane $172 to start with. So, here I am waiting hopefully only another week, it's already dipped below freezing several times since ordering the jackets, a whole crew of employees without jackets, and all the appreciation I received is a bit of store credit from a place I'd rather not buy from at this point. I should have stuck with Vistaprint.

Your customer service people are lovely on the phone, but they couldn't fix the problem. I needed my order by a specific date and ordered early enough for it to arrive. It did not. You sent them again - but it was after the event. So I paid for supplies that came way after the event.I am not a happy customer.

I had ordered 4 boxes (2 of 2 different sizes) as samples for what I hoped would be a larger order. These boxes were expensive (over $300!!), but I understood because they were samples.They were to be used for a photo shoot, so I needed them by a certain date.I ordered them in plenty of time - I had over 14 days. When the order was "delivered", only 2 of the 4 boxes arrived. One of the entire sizes was missing. In their order system, it says that all 4 of the boxes was delivered. However, the only 2 boxes arrived - fully assembled - and the outside shipping boxes said "1 of 1" on the outside.Customer service says they'll refund that portion of my money. They say the refund will take 14 days.Maybe so, but I still don't have what I'll need for my photo shoot. And of course, now I know not to use them for my actual product.

I definitely will use NextDayFlyers again. I ordered my book markers on Tuesday and received them on Friday as promised. I was extremely happy with the quality. It was a nice touch to add to my event.

Good service, but the quality could be better. I ordered two business cards with different names, and each of them had a different color. Additionally, the printing didn't have the best finish.

They said that they were going to deliver our banner by Friday and we had an important event Saturday that we needed it for, but it didn't arrive until weeks later. Next time please be accurate with the date your banners will arrive; if we had known it would have taken that long we would have made different purchasing and financial decisions.

Great experience with NextDayFlyers. I ordered 3" x 3" business cards with them. The process to order them was simple. I loved that they offered the slightly larger square business cards. The quality came out great. The price was reasonable. I would recommend and use them again. Thank you!

Couldn’t believe how affordable and quickly these flyers were received and that they were really nice quality. I had to get several quotes for flyer printing in the area and needed them next day. This company had the best price (by far) and we were nervous to go through because we hadn’t heard of it before and it was so affordable that we thought it was too good to be true. But wow, the flyers look so great and they got us them in like 14 hours. Will be going here again. Thank you for everything!!
