I had a dent in my drivers side door and was referred to New Generation Auto Body. Mauro quoted a higher price than I expected and would not budge because he said they do absolute perfect work there and I will get my moneys worth. So I decided to move forward. When I went to pick up the car, the paint on the door had some bubbles and bumps in it. He preteneded not to notice it and let me drive off. But, I noticed it when I pulled the car out of his garage into the sunlight to examine. He first offered me $500 discount to take it as is. I said no way, I wanted it painted correctly so he took the car back and fixed it within one day (which should have been a red flag). Turns out, instead of correcting the problem, he simply painted over the problem areas. When I went to sell the car recently, every prospective buyer had a problem with that paint job. They indicated that too much paint was used and it varied throughtout the door (almost like someone was trying to hide something). I ended up selling to an auto broker, who offered me a price but I fed up paying me $2,500 less than the negotiated sale price b/c of the incorrect paint job on the door. I would not recommend this business for the following reasons! They ignored the problem when delivering the car. Then, when I discovered it, they tried to discount me to take the car as is. Then, instead of starting over from the begiining, they simply repainited the entire door to hide the mistakes made. Attached are three pictures showing readings of an elcometer from the same door reflecting the poor job and unevenness of the paint.

I've never had such an amazing experience with a business let alone an auto body shop. Mauro and his team surpassed my expectations. My car had a lot of repair work to do. My whole right side of my car was damaged. I needed a lot of new parts and then paint work. 1) The customer service was a 12 out of 10. Friendly, reasonable, honest and kind.2) He didn't try to overcharge, he was extremely fair on what the damage would cost.3) My car came back looking better then when I bought it. Not only was the repair job exceptional the car was cleaned from the inside out. If I ever need any car work again I will ONLY come here and have told everyone I know to do the same! New Generation is a great business, Mauro is very helpful and i trust him and his team to take care of my car if it ever needs work done again in the future. New generation had my car looking like new thank you!
