I came to new Arleta Japanese because I had driven by a few times and wanted to give them a try since I own three Japanese cars. I was helped by Samy the owner, he has been very Pleasant to deal with. I been coming here for various mechanical issues from a simple oil change to getting all the motor mounts replaced on one of my vehicles. Samy has always been very patient, honest and helpful in all occasions. I will definitely keep coming here for my car repairs and will continue to recommend their services.

My old mechanic started to have more limited hours and moved from down the street to a location a little less convenient, so I asked around and a coworker recommended this shop. My brakes were starting to grind and I hoped to find a place that was open on the weekend and was close by and they also fit the bill. My car is a Lexus 350se. Not only did they fix my brakes (down to rotors) and changed the oil as I asked, but also fixed little things I didn't even mention like a bulb and added washer fluid and rotated my tires. They even wiped down my dusty dashboard, lol. Everything was just a hair under $400, which I was very surprised by. (I had expected to pay more) I will definitely be using them in the future as well as recommending to others.

they have been my mechanic for 20 years and not once have they tried to overprice or trick me into replacing something that wasn't needed. they're the most honest people i've met so far. no need to take my word for it. just go there and see it for yourself

Tom is nice but everytime I took my car there they charge at least 400 us. Tom called me saying my car was making a noise it wasn't making when I took it there, and I had no choice but pay and trust. But it happened often. I think they overcharge . I stopped trusting him when every oil change ended up being 400+dollars and he added more and more stuff, finally he said to take him my income tax because to fix my car was gonna be 2500. I took it to a different mechanic and they charged me 150. Sorry I dont trust this mechanic any longerService: General repairs & maintenance

Installed several NEW parts, camber arms look trashed. It's over torqued to spec. The bushing is literally crushed and the billet plates aren't on right. It's just destroyed. I have to get replacements now. It takes a lot of force to flex billet. I have to look through each part I installed to see if they're on correctly. Charged me $1000 for all the work and labor. In my opinion it is not worth it but the parts are on. They are willing to fix any issues and will do whatever it takes to get the car up and working again. They are honest with you but the actual work and care they need to be more careful on. They closed the hood of my car with something in the way and now there's a huge gap.. I did not bring my car in like this.

Do not take your car here! They will pretend they fixed ur car and charge u for something! My car sounds worst than ever! They did not fix anything so pissed off! Do not trust these guys

I've been going to this place since I purchased my very 1st car at 17 years old. I will be 38 this year. I love these guys and their quality of work. There Very resourceful when you need referrals. They get your job done and their prices can not be beat! I currently live in Lancaster' California and I have no problem driving down that Hill to get them to service my 3 vehicles. It's truly worth it and it's hard to find good service and people who won't rip you off or do a horrible job on your vehicle just so you can come back and give them more of your hard earned dollars. These people are legit and I respect them 100%. keep up the A+++++work guys
