Overfilled my oil by about 5 quarts, made my head gasket blow on my 1987 vintage mercedes. Overfilled transmission fluid and excess pressure cracked it.

This place is phenomenal. I have come here for oil changes, transmission and now brakes. My last visit, I had a rear brake warning on my BMW SUV. When I pulled up, they asked if it was front or back. I said, “I don’t know.” He took one look at the front and said “Those are new.” Then looked at the back and said, “it’s the rear.” Fixed the same day. Trustworthy. I have also gotten referrals to other mechanics for repairs they could not complete.

I don't expect to find my antifreeze container to be empty after having the oil change & fluids check. My power steering fluid is leaking a bit around the seal & a friend was showing me where to add it. He brought the lack of coolant to my attention, otherwise I would not have known about needing antifreeze in the plastic container.

I have been going here for years and they always do a fast job with quality service. However, last time I went they did not complete my order properly and put my life at risk because of it.
I came there a few months back because I was having issues with the handling of my car and was hearing unusual sounds when turning my wheel. The mechanic checked my brakes as well as under the hood and said it was fine and that I was not scheduled for an oil change for another 1000 miles. I took the car in after 1000 miles, got an oil change, and still had the same issues. The problem was that they did not fill nor check any of my fluids as they normally do, which I was told was included in the oil change service. I came back after talking to the mechanic on the phone about it, waited in line, then the mechanic filled my coolant that was very low. He then told me that I do not have anymore power steering fluid in my car, and that I would need to go to Nissan to have it filled because they do not fill power steering fluid. They never offered an apology for not completing the order that I paid for or for the inconvenience that they caused.
I explained in detail months ago about my concerns of my daily commute through the canyons in order to get to work and they brushed it off which is very unfortunate because I was a loyal customer for years and have brought them a lot of business.
