Maybe it's their attitude that gets them bad service. Anyway after a few formalities and checks as being resident in the UK, we were good to go. Big thanks to Alejandra and Christopher. “I'm not one to do reviews, but this employee definitely deserves 5 stars. I recently went into this Rite Aid because my local store finally closed. I had been sick for a couple of days and knew it wasn't enough to go to the Dr. But my mind wasn't all there to even think straight. Tara was amazing and helpful. She took the time to guide me and show me, literally walked me down the aisle of where I needed to be. Great customer service is so hard to find now a days, ...and it definitely needs to be appreciated. People are usually rude and always in a rush to go nowhere, Thank you, Tara! I hope your detailed customer service is appreciated not just by us, the consumers but also from your employer/management. Big box stores need more employees with great morals and values.”

This young lady named Lydia was very helpful and she went out of her to assist me to retrieve items I needed and even recommended items she used. She was very thoughtful and patient with me, even though I seemed to give her a hard time. Courtesy is hard to find these days and I really appreciate her kindness.
