“Excellent customer service!!! Ivan was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and friendly. I bought a new phone plus upgraded my service plan at this store. Ivan answered all my questions and set up the new phone for me. He was absolutely the best!
I read reviews on a lot of the Metro by T-Mobile stores in the area, but there were only a few stores this highly rated. (Wanted to avoid any unpleasant encounters with rude, salespeople). This Metro by T-Mobile definitely deserves 5☆ and I would always go back here! I highly recommend Ivan and this particular store ☆☆☆☆☆!!!”

“Cynthia was really patient and helpful. I went to transfer my personal line from Verizon where I was paying 100 for just one line. I needed a business line and now I’m paying the same amount for two lines with Cricket and I get the same benefits with Cricket such as priority unlimited data but for less. The coverage is good and the data speeds are fast. I get just under 1 gigabit of download speeds. Very good wireless provider!”
