What a difference in rental companies!! These guys were so friendly and the process was so simple: and the rate was amazing!! But it was the convenience and ease of renting here was by far the best rental experience I've had since I was in Italy!!! I look forward to returning.

Driver who picked me up from the dealership was fantastic. The representative helping me get my loaner vehicle was not. Representative was trying to rush through the inspection of vehicle and even rushing me of my thorough inspection by saying the car is new when I had already noticed scratches and small dents in the car. Im doing my due diligence to make sure that car I take comes back in the same condition. I just did not like how he was rushing through this process.

Dealt with Valerie due to my exchanging of the vehicle I just rented the day before at the airport. She was so friendly and professional as she didn’t give me any hassle or the 100 questions about why. She listened and took over and within ten minutes, I was out the door. Customer service here is always above and beyond! There have been several times over the last two years, that I've had some annoying emergency with my Alfa Romeo, and Midway always managed to put me in an Alfa at the last minute - even switched out a non-Alfa for an Alfa for one particularly long rental period. Everyone has a smile, and their pick-up drivers are lovely, too! Much better service than I've ever received over the last 20 years at Enterprise. 100% recommend!

I went to ask for price. There was a lady at the left if the entrance. She looked Latina, so I spoke to her in Spanish. She asked me to speak in English. Then I asked her if the price included insurance, which it did not. Then I asked how much rent plus insurance. She refused to give me a total because she had both rates. I don't know why she didn't bother to show kindness and give me the total. I added the two amounts using my cell phone, and decided not to rent.What kind of customer service was that ? Also, the reprentative should have used the same language that the customer used from the beginning

I reserved a rental from the website for an economy car and my pickup time was 1:30pm. I arrived before 1:30pm and was asked to take a seat right away. When it was my turn the rep Gloria went straight to business and told me that although I reserved an economy car, none was available at my pickup time that was reserved and the only options I had was to wait for an economy car to be returned or upgrade to an suv that was available for an extra $10. This is my first time going to a rental place where they didn’t accommodate me and upgrade me at no cost because it’s not my fault you are out of economy cars. If that’s the case I shouldn’t have been able to reserve one. Also, when Gloria asked for my id (which is an out of state id) she asked me if I have a local address and asked me to write down my address, my email, & emergency contact. I’ve rented many vehicles and I’ve never got asked that before having an out of state VALID id. I felt that Gloria wasn’t really personable or specialized in customer service because some of her word choices and body language wasn’t very welcoming. However, when I did return the vehicle the guys who assisted me were very nice and I wish they were the ones who helped me in the beginning. Overall, I will not go to this rental company again due to my first impression and stick with the ones that I’m used to. I only considered this place due to it not being so far from where I lived.
