This store use to be the place where I got all my service connections and new phones since 2017 However it has become the example of how great things can change. The owner/mgr here Nelly Bonilla sold me a phone with insurance and all knowingly that my prior phone was still in good conditions and working. But she pushed a sale on me with this new phone which didn't charge completely after been plugged for over 3 hours. Suddenly my prior phone started working internet you tube and I decided to call customer service and try getting a refund the same day. With everything inside the box and receipt on hand she actually refused to give me my refund. Only the taxes I paid for the phone which also had insuranceThe phone was $183.00 and she said she could only give me back $40 dollars. Honestly I'm letting anyone out there know for your own sake if you're gonna go with Metro which I personally neither suggest make your phone purchase somewhere else. This is wrong trashed customer service and not a way to treat valued customers. Seriously reconsider going for the purchase of your phone to a different location. Nowadays things have changed and scams are run everywhere in everyday cases. I don't wish on anyone what I've experience in this location ??It's an awful service from management and it shows the integrity and low professionalism to their way they handle us as a community.My best regards to anyone reading this and my advice is for everyone to know how poorly you'll be treated if you decide buying a phone here. Please reconsider.

Alma provided me with excellent customer service. She helped me get a new phone case and helped me with other issues I was having. She is very personable and greeted everyone that came in. She also told me about other deals they have . She is a great sales woman.
