Excellent customer service!!! Ivan was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and friendly. I bought a new phone plus upgraded my service plan at this store. Ivan answered all my questions and set up the new phone for me. He was absolutely the best!
I read reviews on a lot of the Metro by T-Mobile stores in the area, but there were only a few stores this highly rated. (Wanted to avoid any unpleasant encounters with rude, salespeople). This Metro by T-Mobile definitely deserves 5☆ and I would always go back here! I highly recommend Ivan and this particular store ☆☆☆☆☆!!!

5 stars in service and attention from the staff. But speaking of the residential internet signal in that without stars, almost the entire month, if not the entire month, I had no signal on my device. Terrible with that.

This location does not deserve a 5 star all all,,, all of the stars are probably by the employees this place is horrible poor customer service. If you are black they give you a ugly look and speaks Spanish does not acknowledge you. Very disgusting and rude employees location needs to be shut down no diversity!

Katherine alongside Chris provided amazing support and service while I was making a new purchase. Katherine was very welcoming, patient, polite and provided all financial options before I made up my mind on my purchase. I absolutely love this store the girl named Desarey is sweet and so nice. She helped me with my phone transfer and new service. The only problem with this location is the parking lot. There aren't enough parking spaces for all the busisness this store brings. Thank you
