Terrible customer service on the phone. The guy was just trying to get me off the phone because he was too lazy to figure something out. Sad person and customer service. I'd try another store if you want someone that cares about his job! At least fake it and he couldn't even do that. No wonder AI exists to replace people like him.

The manager is terrible has no customer service skills bad manners should not be operating the store. Do not go here if you have any problems go to Woodley and vanowen they are the best if you doubt it go to both store's they are relatively close to each other and you'll see a huge difference in service and price... Guaranteed

Alma provided me with excellent customer service. She helped me get a new phone case and helped me with other issues I was having. She is very personable and greeted everyone that came in. She also told me about other deals they have . She is a great sales woman.

i bought a $50 worth cellphone to add a second line to my plan. The manager asked if I need $10/month protection plan? well, of course not. Turned out this guy still included this plan into my account without my authorization. I was promissed a credit by Metro and yet never received it, nor I saw this charged removed from my bill. I spoke with Metro operators #703706 and #913875 and wasted my time. This place is a scam.

Would rate the Metro PCS powed by T-Mobile as Negative -5! Metro was awesome until T-Mobile pushed into the place & now same Crap service as T-Mobile Always has provided! Went to port our 1 year old (paid in full) phone to another Carrier & suddenly a perfectly working phone is LOCKED, over 2 months later @ Metro\T-Mobile scam company still can't/won't unlock it after multiple calls as well as trips to Corporate store! We went throught the entire unlocking steps more than 6 times just to make sure we followed their company Policy! We will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General as the phone value is $300 & is being held hostage & is well OVER the 300 day active service limit they have on unlocking YOUR phone. Stay away from Metro powered by T-Mobile is my experience. Oh, please don't bother with a reply, We're Sorry as it doesn't fix the issue & it seems lies are the policy now. The last straw was on multiple calls/visits we were told "it would be No Problem to unlock the phone is we brought it Back to Metro PCS powered by T-Moble which is nothing short of Being Forced by them to put your phone back on their plan for 300 days Again before it May but probably WON'T be UNLOCKED! More like MOB tactics & your Not going to get away with it this time!!! SHAMEFUL BUSINESS TACTICS! And when we called them on it, they switched to well.... Maybe there's an issue with your phone that was 100% problem free before you tried to move the service! Shame on you all!!!

If I could rate this place less than 1 Star I would. Do not bother coming here. My boyfriend went to upgrade his phone with an old iPhone I had from a different carrier, but was unlocked. All they should have charged him was an activation fee. & instead they ended up locking both phones, the iPhone and his Samsung he already had, and left him with no phone. I had to recall sprint to unlock it for him and this time we decided to cal Metro to activate and it took them 2 minutes for what these idiots in the store took 45 minutes to try and do. & yet they charged my boyfriend but not under activation they gave him an iPhone adapter he did not want and charged him that and said it was the activation fee!? Are you f****** kidding me?? We want our damn money back. Idiots both a white and dark skin guy working today in the afternoon. We will be disconnecting our services with Metro and going to sprint bc of these gentlemen. Thank you and goodbye, your service needs to be fixed!!!

I went to this store to buy a phone and while that experience was quick and pleasant, my subsequent return to the store was not pleasant. I returned to the store to talk about setting up a second line because of a promotion they were running that made a certain phone quite affordable. I was met with a worker who claimed they were fresh out of the phone in question but seemed to be lying. It appears he did this because Metro has a complicated set of rules about who can and cannot get a second phone and whether they can get the discounted price. So rather than explain these complicated and tedious rules and disappoint me, the guy just said they didn't have the phone. Later that day I learned from another Metro store that all corporate stores should have plenty of the phone in question. Really the blame lies with Metro itself, but stores should be 100% clear and honest about Metro's tedious rules.
