Been going here for my meds for over a year. The staff are kind, caring and considerate. I find them competent and professional. Sahar is the most compassionate pharmacist who truly cares about her customers. She has a way of making you feel special even though she helps hundreds of others. I highly recommend Mesa Care Pharmacy in Van Nuys.

Everyone in this pharmacy are professional courteous, respectful and kind, they make you feel like family and are genuine un their concern not only about your medical needs, but for your mental spirit itself which is stronger and better for me as a person than the medicine itself. Sahara (forgive me if I spelled it wrong) the pharmacist doest know it but her kindness towards me as a customer/patient has saved my life. God bless her and the staff at Mesa Pharmacy IV.

Arrived at 9am opening time had to sit for a few minutes before getting help.The pharmacist technician was not wearing a mask while preparing my medication no gloves , I asked they said they don’t wear gloves since they don’t touch the pills .Believe should have worn a face mask upon arrival to make customers feel comfortable, we are still fighting Covid

They made me wait 1 hour only to tell me my insurance didn’t cover what I needed, they were NOT clear and wasted my time!!! They ignored me and didn’t tell me it wasn’t covered and that I could leave. If I could give this place 0 starts I would. LEARN PROPER COMMUNICATION SKILLS!!! You wasted my time!!!! These girls are ignorant and incompetent.

They made me wait an hour only to tell me that my insurance didn't cover anything, they ignored me and made me wait and were NOT clear and wasted my time. The women that work here are ignorant and incompetent and need to learn proper communication skills

This pharmacy is by far the most stress free pharmacy I have ever walked into! They take care of each costumer equally and bend over backwards to make sure everything is as you wish it to be. MIKE was so kind and even when the pharmacy was chaotic they are genuine and made me feel very welcomed! GREAT PEOPLE

Amazing staff!! This pharmacy always gets my medication ready on time as promised and also provides a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very efficient and caring. You feel that they genuinely care about your health and well-being. The pharmacist always makes sure I know everything about the medication I am taking and the rest of the staff including the manager always answers and takes care of all of my questions and concerns. They even delivered to me when I was not able to make it to them during business hours. That is what I look for in a pharmacy and they always take care of me. Have been getting mine and my parents medications from them for over 3 years now ! and not once have I had any problem. THANK YOU MESA PHARMACY for always being there for me!

Mesa Pharmacy is the best! Mike and the whole staff provide amazing customer service. I was running late from work the other night and needed to pick up my Rx, and Mike was so kind to stick around a bit after closing to make sure I received my meds on time. Walgreens definitely does not do that! It's worth the switch from a corporate pharmacy, to a small business.
