Mendy's Gym is an environment like no other! If you're tired of waiting for equipment, being chased by trainers wanting you to buy personal training, or if you feel like a stranger amongst the crowd at your other gyms, this is your home! We interview all of our members before allowing them to sign up. We have members from every background. The one thing they all have in common is that they are great people. Social media connects us more than ever, yet our real connections are at an all time low. Mendy's Gym creates a family atmosphere in which you can be you, yet get the support of a family. So whether you want to train by yourself at 2am or if you want to join Big Mendy's powerlifting team, this gym is your home.

I've been going to this gym for a month now and it's one of the best gyms I've been to. It's open 24/7 and the equipment is phenomenal! The provided equipment is better than any gym I know and the owner was more than happy to answer questions on the equipment.

I always like to go wash there, there is a large and economical washing machine, very clean and very friendly staff who work there.
