Brought my actual cabinet drawer in to be measured. They said I have to measure myself. Called to speak with manager and they're not in and all the guy on the phone tells me he does is measure for the company. Wait measure???? I brought my drawer in and you wouldn't measure. Job came out incorrectly and it's all on me because I don't know how to measure. Customer service here sucks. Tom and Tony you should be ashamed

I am a contractor with 20 + years of carpentry experience. I have dealt with a lot of hardware/custom cut cabinetry shops and I felt it was my duty to make the general public aware of Matrix. I decided to give this place a try despite the one negative review from a few years back since I had various cabinet jobs being cut at once by my other cutters and I really needed this job cut almost immediately within days so I could install. After meeting Tony the owner he appeared to be nice and he agreed to cut my cabinet material within a certain time frame. Not only did they fail to cut it on time , but they also are poor at doing their job. I had to call Tony several times on the phone to notify him that some of my material was cut wrong, but he never came to the phone and after leaving several messages he never returned my phonecalls over a 7 day period. Not only was I frustrated that I couldn't complete my job 100%, but my client was very upset that I couldn't have her kitchen complete in time for her to execute her agenda. All in all it took me 3 weeks total to receive my cut material back and Matrix never did correct their mistakes. I had to buy a couple of new sheets and I had to pay someone else to cut it. This company lacks customer service, professional cutting, and a wise owner, who is courteous and not only takes your money and hides from you when your experiencing issues due to their poor quality and inaccurate cutting (customized cabinets). After my experience with Matrix and the owner I will not be doing business with them again. I don't believe Tony realized he could of gained a lot of overflow work from my company. Their loss. If your a contractor beware ! if you are a home owner looking for a place to help and guide you I would suggest you go elsewhere, better be safe than sorry later ! Goodluck !
