Got very lucky to have found this shop. I've been searching for a place I can take my truck in times of need. The big issue I've had with a lot of places in the area is that it's almost like they don't want to do the work I'm willing to pay for. I'm telling them I need help and they just don't want to. Thanks to the guys here at Master Mufflers I got 2 new CATs installed in my truck faster than I imagined it could be done. Price was way better than expected. Ozzy went above and beyond. He even flagged me down as I was leaving because I had a tail light out and got it changed in under 3 mins. and sent me on my way. I highly recommend these guys. I know I'll for sure be back for any future issues with my vehicle.

Just had to share my amazing experience with Ozzy at Master Mufflers. So, my catalytic converter got stolen a while back, and the previous guy who attempted to fix it left me in a real mess – sketchy and full of lies.Enter Ozzy. Not only did he have the best price (seriously, I called around, and he nailed it), but he also sounded the most sincere on the phone. A lot of mechanics out there don't sound like people you'd want to do business with, but Ozzy was different. He understood my situation, showed genuine sympathy, and actually sounded like he cared.And boy, did he deliver! Not only did he fix the mistakes of the previous guy, but he also did it quickly and exceptionally well. My check engine light, which was stuck on for a whole year, finally went off, and we past the smog test, just like Ozzy said it would. No more false promises – just results.What sets Ozzy apart is not just his skills but his ethics. He didn't try to take advantage of my situation, unlike some mechanics out there. In fact, one of his employees was a customer for over a decade before deciding to work with him. That says a lot about the kind of service Ozzy provides.If you're ever in need of auto work and want someone honest, skilled, and downright pleasant to work with, Ozzy at Master Mufflers is your go-to. Took Bluetooth adapter out of my car. When I went back to ask for it back, they acted as if I was stupid and was at the wrong auto shop. Condescending arrogant team. Ozzy tried to help after 40 minutes of waiting but it was too late at that point.

I will recommend this place to anyone. He replaced my catalytic converter and gave me a great price, much better than his competitors. Ozzy is a real one he saved me hundreds. You can find him at the front desk. He's the owner. His shop is kept clean. He even has water mist for his employees in the garage. He does just about everything. My car was in and out in 1 day.Go see him don't go anywhere else.

Incredibly helpful and friendly. Took me in as a walk in and helped me fix a headlight unit that was extremely difficult to access, and didn't charge me anything outrageous.

Dual Catalytic convertor replacement for 2002 Toyota Sequoia after they were stolen overnight. Called muffler places and got blah blah service information or none. Talked to Ozzie at Master Mufflers who actually replied to what I was really saying and feeling at the time. I was HOT!!!! Then we talked about the car and what he could do. He was to the point. His prices were very reasonable and he promised me my car around 2pm ish that Saturday. He called me at 2:38pm to tell me my car was ready. Simply Awesome Service! Par excellence!!
