Horrible customer service. I ordered XL scrubs for my wife but they ran more like size small. So I contacted the company for a return and they gave me an address and told me to send the original packing slip back with it (which I did) and they told me it would cost $6.00 for a flat rate shipping package. Well, flat rate shipping for these tiny scrubs cost $15.55 at the local post office. So that was a lie. So a week later, they tell me they have not received the scrubs and they ask me for the tracking number twice. I looked up the tracking number for the return, and it said that they were retuned on Feb. 20th. By February 27th, they are still emailing me to double check the tracking number? Why can't they just issue a refund and an apology for wasting my time? So, not only am I out $42 for the scrubs, nut I'm out $15 for the shipping. But Walmart made it right, and refunded me for the scrubs and the shipping. I will never go through this company again!

I ordered a size 8 clog and received a size 10! I wanted to return them but they expected me to pay for return! I have clown she's instead of clogs now! NOT HAPPY!

Sent a different size than I ordered. Then charged me shipping for returning the incorrect size. After written request, they refused to refund the full $193 purchase price. Use caution. Fraudulent.

Ordered Xl and was sent medium sent it back for the right Size and they never sent me an email that they received it and send me the right size or refund. My gray one's I ordered from them had holes inside of pockets.

I been buying scrubs from here since 2020 I talked to a man on Wednesday and told him what was going in that they send me the wrong color scrubs and he was really nice and he even helped me out over the phone that same day he send me the right color scrubs I ordered thanks a lot I will be buying more scrubs from here more that I used to lived in L.A most of my life but I moved to Texas a few years ago I get them like 3 or 4 bussiness days.

They get zero stat, because their web site doesn'nt say they are closed. I drove all the way to their location to find out they are not open. Although there was a person in their office, but they didn't open the door. This is BS. I don't appreciate the lack of professionalizem.

I ordered a M , They Sent XLHave A Copy of your email purchase saved, with "SIZE" verification, as M&M will deny there wrong shipping.And it will cost you to return item , at there mistake.Or maybe there just sending any size they have available to make a sale.Poor Business Communication

I'm surprised WalMart uses this vendor. I received my order but the scrubs were too large. Returned them (paying for shipping) following the directions in the packing slip; I asked for an exchange to a smaller size (which the slip indicated I could do). The company canceled, only reimbursed me half the initial cost, didn't cover my shipping charge and did not contact me in any way shape or form. I only gave this a 2 star review because WalMart stepped up and sorted this pt for me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. They slap their tag on generic scrubs they buy in bulk. Would recommend ANY OTHER VENDOR.

I went there today to buy a lab coat. The woman who assisted me was very helpful and friendly in finding me the right size. (Side note: Because they are unisex, the sizing is off for women. I normally wear either an XS or Small and the XS was too big. Fortunately, they had an XXS, which was perfect.) Very reasonably priced and great quality lab coat! I'd definitely recommend this place.

I'm not a doctor but I play one on TV and I live in Van Nuys near the 405 freeway and I need scrubs STAT!! Give me 50ml Intravenous squirt and a smack in the hemoglobin. God dammit Jim I'm a doctor not a bricklayer. Go get yo fine a** over to M and M scrubs to pick up the ugliest style of clothing anyone has ever invented... surgical scrubs. It's like wearing pajamas. 10 out of 10 doctors approved

You get what you pay for that's all I'm saying cheap price for cheap fabric and cheaply made if you're on a budget then of course this is a place for you to go. It's not a friendly environment it's a warehouse. So if you're looking for great customer service this place is not for you LOL the owner looked annoyed when I asked him a simple question he actually didn't respond he just nodded yes. I went here to save some money but decided not to go through with the purchase because the area that they have you try on the scrubs was disgusting. They have you change in a bathroom with no hooks to place your items on. everything is sized three times smaller than what it is labeled as.
