Sent item back for exchange and didn't receive new item. Owner stopped replying to emails. Scam.

I ordered a size 8 clog and received a size 10! I wanted to return them but they expected me to pay for return! I have clown she's instead of clogs now! NOT HAPPY!

Sent a different size than I ordered. Then charged me shipping for returning the incorrect size. After written request, they refused to refund the full $193 purchase price. Use caution. Fraudulent.
