Had to bring in a friend's car that needs work, but he wanted to use it tonight for a fancy affair. Upon the recommendation of friends, went to M&J. They happened to be open this morning and Vartan personally helped me out. He was able to pop out the dent and buff out scratches, so the car looks OK for tonight. He was gracious and helpful and will then get his exceptional team workers on it next week for my pal Tony. Everybody was so impressed by the professionalism and understanding.

I was involved in a car accident on Christmas Eve and needed a body shop to repair my car. Progressive, my car insurance, gave me a list of referrals of available body shops. The list included many shops, including Caliber Collision, where I previously took my wife's car for repair work when she was rear ended. But I didn't like the work they did and they weren't responsive and communicative. Luckily, I saw M & J Auto Body and decided to go with them based on their excellent Yelp reviews. I took the car to M& J and Vic who is extremely nice, professional, attentive, and communicative, was in charge of my car. He said it would probably take 3-4 weeks to get everything done. He walked me through what needed to be done on the car and the whole process. Well, it didn't take 3-4 weeks --it was done in less than 3 weeks for major repair work (just look at my pictures). The end result floored me. The paint came out great, the wide mirror was fixed, and they even arranged to re-tint my front passenger window since the original window was shattered during the accident. My car looks as good as when I first bought it. In addition to getting repairs for the damage caused during the accident, I asked Vic if he could give me a quote and fix a couple of dents on my car (one in the left rear quarter panel and the other on my front bumper), repaint the paint that was flaking and chipping next to my rear window (factory paint), and if he could restore my front headlights (plastic headlights were now oxidized and no longer clear.) He did all that with a very reasonable price. With all that work done, my car looks brand spanking new again, which is hard to believe since my car is 7 years old. I highly recommend M & J. Over the past 20 years, I've taken many cars to at least 6+ body shops. I never went back to them because either the car wasn't painted right, they took too long, they would damage the inside of my car, etc. Now, however, I finally found a family owned shop that I will take all my cars too --and will recommend to all my family and friends.

Just had my body work done here on an insurance claim . They had to replace the front bumper on my car and it looks flawless. Lovely staff there that are very attentive to their customers.

Thankful for Progressive/my insurance to have a great team in their network. Vick was super detailed and fixed up my mangled SUV. My car is a bit older so the repairs had to match the work which can be tough. And my car looked so good after the work. Phew! And as far as service and courtesy, Vick and Ana are super professional and handled my rental car coordination. Accidents suck but this was probably the best part of my unfortunate situation.

Took my car in after someone hit it damaging the bumper and fender. They had to take the door off to replace the fender and bumper . Picked my car up 1 month later and now my driver window is making noise when I roll it down and my door is loose.

Let's talk about how hard it is to find an autobody shop that you can trust, with talented craftsmen (autobody men?), timely, with experience and great customer service. This business was great to work with. I was very impressed with my car after the work was done. I had 4 pine cones fall on my Toyota and needed body work on the roof, door frame and hood. Who knew those suckers can be so damaging... or maybe my car is just so wimpy?!? The body shop worked seamlessly with my insurance. Everyone in the office was very accommodating and friendly. 5 stars!

I was passing by after a minor accident on the freeway exit and very happy I decided to drive in! Vick checked the car. He was very nice and straight forward. I took back the car the next morning & the team helped me out with some scratches and dents. Car looks great, like nothing happened. I'm glad I know they are there and if anything happens I know where to go. Price wise I can't be happier.

I have complete trust in Vick & company from M&J Auto Body. I've had the bad luck of getting into two accidents this year in my BMW and M&J handled both of my repairs. It was always easy to get ahold of Vick with questions/concerns about my car. He always got back to me when he said he would and was honest and transparent from the start. It helped keep my mind at ease during these stressful situations. Most importantly, they are amazing at what they do and handled the repairs impeccably. The car was just like new.
