They are willing to work with you and the lines aren't as bad as W.F. I have been coming to this bank for years now. There is a parking lot where you can park your car just for chase bank. This bank is on the corner but it's in a shopping center. The inside are clean and it's not bad because it's spacious. If I was rich I'd take the ideal from chase and start my own bank. Only at the end/beginning of the month it get a bit busy of course because of the rent. I had a credit card with them but the closed it as well when I went to boot camp for the military.
