If you are thinking about sending clothes to Lima, this place does not charge you per pound they charge per brand .!!! So the more expensive the brand the more they will charge you on top..!! so it ends up being more expensive .... on the phone they say is 10 $ per pound but it all depends on the brand you want to send to Lima ... they will charge you additional per item . Also heard from numerous people that the owner of the agency is can be quite rude and has poor manners and customer service so I decided to do some research I found a much better place close to Van Nuys as well is called JET -Peru ... is in Van Nuys and they are great and they will NOT don't charge you per Brand

Poor customer service. The man that works there is rude and has zero kindness. He does not provide an explanation as to how the charges are calculated. If you ask him why he charges pretty much whatever he wants for an item, he will say " it is what it is" do you want to send the stuff or not ?

People!!! Stay away from this place this sucks my hubby bought some peru jerseys and they opened the packages from Peru they charged not per pound they charged per item on the package this is trash!!! No confíen en estas personas siempre cobran lo q quieren primero nos habían dicho a 5 la libra después 10 la libra y después cobraron $10 por cada cosa q venía en nuestro paquete son unos rateros no tienen seriedad aparte q hablen los paquetes las camisetas no venían en La Bolsa venían solas y arrugadas mál servicio espero q ya cierren el lugar porq estos se pasan de payasos rateros!!
