Staff is so nice and efficient! The wait time can be long, with the process. However, once you're called, the techs are quick.
Just have your ID, insurance card, and documents ready upon arrival.
Check-in at the kiosk at arrival with your ID. Then sit down, wait to be called by the reception, and have your insurance card and documents ready once called.
Non-appointments, best arrival time 7 am -9am.
Paid parking available in parking structure.

If I could put a lower rating I would do it, they are not clear with the schedules of procedures and they never answer the phone, regardless of the times of their patients or people to a test, it is not only about the employees but their way of carrying out the process that hinders the day of those who require their services. If you go for a drug test they only do that between 10:30 am to 1 pm (I doing more than their voice mail)

Today was my first day back at this office in several years, and let me tell you, it was like coming home. Although they incorporated utilizing tech for scheduling appointments online, they also provided a phone number to speak to someone in real time. Fortunately, I did not need to do so, but it was so nice to walk into a spacious medical office with ample seating, and two staff behind a counter who were visible and accessible. Once they found my appointment, and took my lab order and insurance information, I was let into a room, and done in less than ten minutes. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and kind, so much so, I left knowing I would be back. There was a sign on the door when I entered that addressed responding to people's complaints about not being able to talk to someone on the phone for assistance, with a phone number for making appointments or getting help. YES!!!!

Very slow staff, terrible experience. The receptionist should be fired immediately, he was incompetent and rude.

The staff at this Labcorp are rude, unhelpful, and on a serious power trip. They're not willing to help and are very dismissive to people both in office and over the phone. Go elsewhere if you can.

I rarely do reviews but leaving this to help others.Went there today, with no appointment, for a drug test for school around 11ish and it was easy breezy. The staff was nice and sweet, even when some impatient(from the moment she walked in) idiot lady snuck through the door to the back area to say she wants to drop her stuff off and they kindly told her to please have a seat that there’s appointments in front of her and they’ll be right with her.It was quick and easy?? I parked in the hospital lot(it’s $8) because I wasn’t sure where to park but I believe there is another lot(not the hospital) to park in.Also, you check in on the kiosks, there’s 3, even though another airhead girl waited 5 minutes behind a guy for one when there was clearly 2 open behind her.Point of the post: staff was great and it was a quick and easy process.

Recently came here and had a great experience. Nurse was very accommodating and kind and the check-in process was smooth and easy.

I was there once obviously for labs. I was able to do the process of making an appointment online which was an ease. The day of the appointment when I came in, there was a machine (several) to check in. The machine stated there was in issue processing my info and to check in via the desk but the nurse who was there stated it did go through.Waiting time to be seen was honestly less than five minutes. I was called in, sat down and blood was drawn. There was no issues, the nurse who assisted me was nice, made sure my name was spelled correctly on the label and overall it was close to 10-20 minute duration for the entire appointment.If my doctor's office required me to make a follow up lab appointment, I would come here again.

Meh Bunch of people crowded into a waiting room during Covid. Literally over 30 people waiting Results never came to my online portal Tech wasn't wearing a mask and kept coughing on me while drawing blood. I asked if he's sick (politely) I'm severely immunosuppressed, response "nahhhh maaaannnn" I'm a woman... I was in and out quick because I had an appointment so that's what gets the 2 stars. The rest is trash

I was there once for a blood draw The lady who did that did not say a word. No hello, no instructions, nothing. Very unfriendly place. Will never go there again.
