The store has ample parking shared with other businesses on site. The couple who's behind the counter is very polite and friendly. I gave it 3 stars due to thei price on some of their products are higher than 711 and other convenience store. Just to give an example one of their product was priced at $24, same product sells at $20 at 711 and $18 at National Gas. Not worth the time to detour when you can buy it cheaper at a very easy to access spot.
