Honest and Professional! They did an outstanding job on my Kia optima 2019. Had some really bad side body damage on both the front passenger and back passenger doors. Looks like new now! If you're looking for a body shop with experience and good workmanship give them a visit.

This review is lonnng overdue. I was referred to haim by a friend who used him for a couple of repairs on her car. I had a minor accident In a parking lot back in 2019 and sent the guys car to haim to get fixed instead of going through insurance (damage was minimal and didn't think going through insurance was worth it) haim quoted me $1,500 which I thought was pretty reasonable for the guys vintage car. After about a week I get an invoice from haim for $2,000. I asked him why it's $500 more than the original quote he gave me before (my bad that I didn't get the original quote in writing) and he was arguing with me saying it's always been $2,000. If it was $2,000 I would've went with someone else but cause it was a referral and I trusted my friend I just let it slide. Then my dad went with haim around the same time and he did the same thing to him?!? I knew his business was fishy and his finishes are so cheap and look horrible. I would not trust him. Haim use to have lots of similar of reviews like mine but for some reason they are gone(?) definitely not reliable and I would not trust him!

This guy Haim, owner of the shop, personally worked on my car while his other workers were working on other vehicles. This just goes to show how customer oriented this place really is. The moment you walk in, you can see how blessed they are with an area full of cars ready to get fixed because these people are just so kind, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. I call them the car doctors. I'm very happy and love the quick service here.

My Dodge Challenger RT was struck on the drivers side by another with great force. There was major damage to the body, suspension and chassis. The guys at Kester & Queen did an excellent job repairing my vehicle and now it looks like new. They would give me phone calls to tell me progress updates. I highly recommend them.Services: Painting

My car's hood, grille, bumper, headlights, and frame were smashed to smithereens from a car accident. Chaim worked magic and got it looking as good as new. He kept the costs down, and the total was significantly lower than my first estimate. Chaim was very kind and has excellent customer service skills. I hope I won't need auto body work again, but if I do, I'll be back in a heartbeat. I've already referred him to others and will continue to do so.

My family has used the services here for many years and each job has turned out wonderfully, and at a very low price. I just picked up my car today after having Chaim repair the radio/antenna on my Lexus, which turned out to be a very complicated and time-consuming job. The radio works great now, and I was charged less than a fifth of what I would have had to pay at a dealer repair shop. I really appreciate Chaim's hard work, expertise, and honesty. Most highly recommend this shop!

Very unprofessional they gave it back to me after me spending 2,000 on a job that they told me (everything was fine) the break wasn't tight which resulted in a crash. If you know what's good for you don't ever trust these guys.

PROFESSIONAL and KIND Haim and Jacob did an outstanding job on fixing my bumper and the ultimate customer service. Thank you! I had a hit and run and well to make a long story short, the hit and run was in a company van in which I was able to call the owner of company. The owner of the company who's van hit my bumper referred me to Kester & Queen and I was hesistant. One day job in and out! Excellent Customer service, understood my frustration with the hit and run. They even cleaned my cloth seats and made them stain free! (I didnt even ask) so thank you! 10 stars
