Very friendly, professional, & quick. A little pricey, but they do excellent work. I wouldn't recommend you bring any cheap watches there, the work may cost more than a cheap watch is worth. I brought in 3 watches... had 2 sized and 1 battery replaced...$90.

John is the best! I've been going there for anything watch related for 4 years now. I didn't even realize I had an item still under warranty until John told me and took care of it no charge - a talented and fair watch expert. I'll be going there if I never need keys made too, and most definitely for anything involving my watches

Great customer service and very fair prices. Got multiple watches repaired at once and everything was done professionally and skillfully.I had taken my favorite watch to other watch repairmen and they claimed it was unfixable, but John and the team had the equipment necessary to get the job done.Everyone working here is knowledgeable and happy to help you out. Would highly recommend patronizing this business.

I had a great experience having my watch repaired in this shop. The owner and his son are very friendly, they have great customer service. You can tell that they love what they’re doing and take care of their business well. More significantly, they did an amazing job adjusting the length of my watch. It was quick and the quality of their work is very high. Will come back again for any future watch issues!

I was scrambling to find a place that can help me with my watch when I stumbled onto John’s watch repair (who also repairs keys of all sorts!). The location was convenient and the service was fantastic. Jack handled the front while John worked on the watches and keys. John worked quickly and efficiently. He was up front and honest, not only with me but with other customers as well. I had to remove a few links, which took John about 15 minutes to remove. His work was clean and pricing was extremely fair given the task he accomplished. Thank you to both John and Jack for making this an easy experience! 100% will be going back and fully recommend their services to anyone! -Anoush & Sarah
