Luciano is very personable, he performed the service requested and the overall quality was excellent. I feel like I got full value for my money. In fact, he did a AC service for which he is certified and beat the dealer quote by well over 50%. I recommend Jalisco super muffler for all auto repairs. The reason I went to him for this repair was he did a catalytic converter for my truck with dealer parts for a great price, he is batting 1000 with my repairs.

WARNING! AVOID THIS PLACE! They will scam you, I went because I needed spark plugs but didn't tell them that I knew that. They replaced the spark plugs and overcharged me, I paid $300 for spark plugs!!! Then they told me they had to keep my truck 1 more day to check something else. The next day they told me I had a cracked valve and it would be $1,800 to fix it!!! My truck had a bad idle and I thought maybe they were right, luckily i didn't have the money, about 2 months later a friend of mine took a look at my truck and noticed that a hose that delivers oxygen to the engine was unplugged, he found it hidden underneath the engine, plugged it in and my truck was good, check engine light went away and bad idle as well. These people unplugged the hose on purpose, and wanted me to pay $1,800 so they can connect a hose and make me believe they fixed my cracked valve. Do not come here!!!! Scammers!!

Mr.Jalisco and his crew works very hard and they were very nice and respectful /his shop is clean and well organized that is one of the things that what made me feel comfortable/ and Mr.Jalisco Will be Fair and honest with the pricing/1. I had my converse Exhaust work done/2. precision well work/ it was a very difficult job /but he said that he will see what he can do /he got it done/3.Right and left control arm bushings /4.The front suspension sway bar /Mr.Jalisco is a Well respected Mechanic /trying him out he want your trust /And he will do his best to make sure you are pleased and happy with his work… PS. He’s three thumbs up!!! /Just call him and see what he can may help you with /what do you have to lose but Grateful wonderful mechanic that want your business and will fix your car RIGHT THE VERY FIRST TIME!!! This is one of the best shops in Los Angeles that do an amazing job and fix all the problems with your car and address anything else that may come up in the near future. I purchased a catalytic converter and I was told that it was California approved, however 5 months later I was told that it wasn't. When I purchased this item I was charged $50 more because I was told that it was a California approved for emissions. And now I was told that I had to purchase a new one. Will never do business here again.

Good Morning Everyone I went here because I saw good reviews & because it was local. Upon arrival we discussed the vehicle issues regarding my stolen catalytic converter. They gave me a price which was fair & I was okay with. What I was not okay with, is being told that it has a warranty but not on paper nor signed, it would be by word only. This is NOT a professional business tactic. He said there would be no record of this other than him just telling us it has a warranty. Because the SMOG is related to the issue occurring, I asked how that would work, and he said "Ill send you to a friend". Again, UNPROFESSIONAL. Warranty is something that welcomes customers to feel comfortable making a purchase or getting service by a business & this does not seem correct nor legal for that matter. I will be looking into this as I am sure this is NOT how a warranty works. Very disappointing they have this sort of service. This is a genuine review, I highly recommend to stay away!!!!

They charged me 400 to fix an emissions problem, as they did not repair it, they told me that it was no longer their problem that the car did not cooperate, it was logical, they sent me to buy an additional part to what I had already paid, I took it to another place and in day they repaired the problem.
