I bought two "Sublimation Blanks Case for iPhone 11/12/13/14 Pro MAX Tempered Glass Insert" and both came with cracked inserts. I asked for replacements and was accused of lying about their condition. Girl please, I'm not out to rob you of six bucks. The owner, Vic, really likes to argue with customers instead of trying to resolve the issue. Good luck with that business model! By losing my business you lost way more than $6 in the long run. Save yourself the headache and get them somewhere else.

Beyond happy that I found them ! EDIT:Was able to get in contact and everything was worked out just fine. Communicated the mishap and only the phone number was incorrect. I was helped out with everything i ordered and was very much pleased. I will definitely order again from this supplier.Seeing all these good reviews made me want to try it out.So far bad experience, i am having trouble contacting for about 2 days now.Nobody answers, i tried the live chat, nothing. Instagram message, also nothing. If it wasn't for the bad CS i'd rate higher, and also note, i don't have my order yet, i am pending pickup.
