They set me up with an appointment this year reminding me to get my documents ready. I was in and out. I got explanations about my pay increase and advice to continue to invest in my retirement to keep in this tax bracket. Taxes done already what a relief.

If I could give less then a star I would. This year alone they lost my filing twice and the third woman helping me kept saying she started it then called me to tell me she needed mire info and never called or answered my calls. No one at the office has. Don't go!

Really disappointed with the tax services when you’re paying such a high premium to file the taxes.Reasons:1. Errors on tax at first for which it was not accepted. Fixed after a week when I had to call them out.2. Put my bank direct deposit information incorrectly and when I called in the Tax Pro to fix it, she just yelled at me and refused to accept that she even put in that information. I’ve the document in my hand where it shows the information is incorrect and with her name on it. Really very unprofessional. For this reason I haven’t received my refund yet.I would like to get a call back from the Manager of this location to see why the Tax Pro working there, doesn’t have any proper information or customer service training when they make the errors. Tax Pro working on my case is Rocio Cardenas.

Avoid this place at all costs, completely unhelpful with tax filings. Will be taking business elsewhere.Reasons:- Won't correct a tax form that HR Block themselves messed up- Tells me it's my problem to fix and doesn't provide an avenue how- I had to troubleshoot the issue myself, found the problem with a form that they somehow filled out wrong the first time, but won't correct it- Kept sending a rejected return to the IRS without looking it over or fixing it- Contacted the agent, office, HR Block support multiple times and I still haven't gotten a clear answer on what should be a simple routine fix.
