Manny the sales guy was so RUDE on the phone, these people doesn't wont to do work anymore..i asked him to help me with some information on package units , and he said to me its my job not his job. They should stay home and collect Unemployment. This is not ok.. Lousy Customer Service...

This place is not ethical at all. If you are a home owner and don’t have an account don’t buy from this place. They tried to sell me a $70 dollars AC tray for $315.
