Felt extremely uncomfortable as soon as we walked in. He sounded unenthusiastic while we answering his questions. Then proceeded to follow us around the store. We didn't notice at first until he would show up in every aisle we would be in. He made us feel uncomfortable and unwanted in the store so we hurried out the store. Don't recommend coming unless you want to be followed around and made uncomfortable.

I found some wonderful vintage flatware at Harvey's on Beverly through Chairish. The owner has a good eye for 1950s/60s design, and these pieces definitely stand out from what you find elsewhere. They are really elegant pieces, from lesser known names, and priced very favorably. Check out the rest of the stock -- it's super cool!

It's worth going by the warehouse just to see the immense, eclectic collection of vintage design objects that Harvey has on hand. I bought a rattan couch & chandelier plus 2 art deco pendant lights from Harvey. Everything was restored, cared for and in great shape by the time I took them home. This is the place to go if you want rare, one of a kind pieces for your pad that you won't find anywhere else.

Harvey has an amazing collection of cool stuff! He's also friendly and easygoing, so a pleasure to shop with. I've bought a few lamps and tables from him and keep getting compliments from visitors. Plus, I get to enjoy them every day. They don't make things like they used to. If you like unique and custom-built furnishings rather than that same old mass produced stuff, take a walk on the wild side at Harvey's Tropical Sun Rattan.

This place might be in a warehouse in the middle of the valley, but it is a treasure trove. I'm new to Rattan, never been a fan... but after an up close look at the quality, a plop in the cushions, a stroke of the wood, I see now how special this furniture is -- from another age. If yer a furniture fan, definitely gotta check it out.

Wow! What fabulous vintage rattan furniture! It was so much fun seeing these classics that we have seen in our favorite movies and TV shows! We are redecorating and we are now going to use rattan in a room. I'm so excited!! What a find!

purchased a chandelier from this guy on 1st dibs and had nothing but headaches. For 2.5 months he kept promising it was on it's way, and NEVER delivered. Finally had to demand refund, but left me in a terrible position with client who I had promised the item to for a renovation. Watch out for this guy.
