I do not recommend this Auto body shop to anyone!! DO NOT bring your car here for any body repairs!! both the father and the son are con artists. They run you around like a soccer ball between the two of them and they have no concept of time. They have no respect for you or your time whatsoever!! Do not go near them.

I really dont know where to begin. For starters, DO NOT EVER bring your car here! The service is absolutely terrible. The workers terrible. The management horrifyingly terrible!!! Their work was terrible. They never answered my calls, my car was stuck there for a full month!!!! The owner and his son never communicated well with one another so one told me something and the other told me something completely different the whole time. After waiting for a full month I finalllllyyyyy got my car back (and keep in mind they kept giving me false hope saying it will be ready a certain day, i would call day of to ask if I can pick up my car and they either wouldn't answer or make up an excuse saying they couldn't finish it today itll be ready in a week). You can tell that they are the type of people who will do or say anything to try to cover up an ugly situation, which the ugly situation is them and their service! I could not wait to get my car back to write this review cause I was even scared they would purposely do something to it. Guys, I am not lying when I say... worse. service. in. the. world.

I was referred to Roman due to a hit and run. I needed a tow truck and to get my car fixed ASAP. Roman was so kind and professional, most importantly, always available via text and call. He had a tow truck here within 20 minutes. Thank you for the fast and reliable service.

Worst customer service! ROMAN took my Mercedes to fix it and took out the brand part and put the junkyard part. When I call him he accepted it and said after the quarantine he will fix, it's been 4 months and now he is not picking up the phone! I tried several times with several numbers he is not replying nor his wife or his son jr Roman!!!!!!!!!! They asked me to write cash on the check in January. These people are FRAUDS !!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever. If you're trying to get ripped off go here. They said "free tow", May a*** They included that charge of over 200. They would not release the car and held it hostage. They're liars and say they will pay and work with AAA. This is not true. They really went and charged me and my mom 2,000 for a car that was held hostage from Saturday night to Thursday. I say hostage because we dallied to get our car out and they kept igniting us and our voicemails. They are no reliable and lie to get money. They're money hungry and I hate to say this, but they're Armenian. This is not the first time I've dealt with Armenians stealing money from me and being unfair. This is wrong, they deserve to go to jail for the fraudulent things they do.

I got in a bad accident I found H&R auto repair they were absolutely amazing you can't even tell anything happened Roman is awesome all the guys that work in the shop work very hard. Everybody's respectful I could not have asked for better customer service.

i paid 350 dollars to repairman Sergei for the bumper and repair to this body shop for my compact car, Toyota yaris. They colored the bumper similar... but different color, also installed different colors breakers for my bumper, also they didn't install clips, they fixed the bumper by screws, so it's loose this so unprofessional((
