Guardian pool fence were quick and easy to deal with. I would recommend. They did crack a couple of pavers during my install but they had their tech come out and replace the pavers a few days later at their cost. Happy with the fence, customer service and whole experience.

Fast, affordable, and easy. The company was responsive and easy to work with. Jesus and Lupe did an amazing job on the installation. I would not recommend trying to install yourself. We went with brown posts and black mesh. I think this is the best option to blend in with the yard. I highly recommend.

Had an appointment scheduled. Tech called to reschedule - no problem. Then called to meet on another date - conflict for us. Scheduled for Wednesday at 2:00pm. No show. No contact. Sent text message noting we waited 45 minutes, no response.

We moved into a new house with a great backyard and pool. With a 15 month old and a baby on the way, our immediate reaction was "awesome, but now we need a fence." We called Guardian and everyone we worked with was fantastic. Jerry and David did our install and they were so thorough. Our pool is an odd shape and we wanted to make it safe but also not lose too much square footage. They outlined the area so we could discuss everything, made quick work of the installation, we're extremely accurate leveling the fence, and then walked us through the best practices of how to use it. I highly recommend Guardian for you pool fence needs!!!

We ordered a removable fence to keep our dogs within the dog run attached to our doggy door. I did have some initial concerns because we have a slope, and the fence wasn't installed the way we had been told it would be installed. When I raised my concerns, the owner came out immediately to assess the installation, and not only did he agree with me, but he is sending someone out to make the adjustments to my satisfaction. That's great service. I might also add that the material is very high quality, and they were less expensive than our other estimates. I would highly recommend Guardian Pool Fence.

Everyone we dealt with was professional, respectful, communicative, and pleasant to deal with. I had to reschedule a couple of times but communication was not a problem. The guy who installed the fence, consulted me before drilling into patio which I appreciated, and seemed to be a satisfied employee to boot! 5 stars! Keep up the great work!

We love Guardian Pool Fence! This is our second time using Guardian. Five years ago we had a pool put in and calling a Guardian Pool Fence was our first order of business. They came out, walked us through the whole process, and gave us our estimate. The fence was installed quickly and looked great! They were very professional and didn't leave any mess behind. In fact, we recommended them to a friend who ended up having one installed as well.Who knew that five years later we would move and have another pool put in? Just like last time, our first order of business was a pool fence. We didn't even look for another company, we called Guardian right away. Dean came out to do the estimate, and wouldn't you know, he was the same person that came to our old house. The fence was installed today by Jesus. He was super nice, very professional, explained everything about keys, adjustments, and taking it down if we choose to. We are very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great quality fence and a very professional and friendly company.(Pictures are of our first pool as we are still in the middle of construction on our current yard...and it's ugly)

We looked into several companies for pool fences and ultimately decided to go forward with Guardian due to several referrals from our community and their long-standing reputation. They helped us pick a color combo to complement the aesthetic of our yard and made recommendations for the layout. Our installer, Jerry was super friendly and did an awesome installation. He even came back for a last minute alteration when we made some changes to our flooring and needed some parts to be reconfigured before a party. I highly recommend Guardian. There's nothing like peace of mind about pool safety.

My appointment for the estimate was at 9am, and Dave rang my doorbell at exactly 9:00:00 am. They even installed a day early because they had some extra time. The fence looks perfect and functions exactly like I expect.Thank you!

Update: 6/28/2023It saddens me to post this review, however, please think twice before using Guardian. We just redid our pool and can't get final inspection because Guardian let their license lapse in December 2022 with LA county and the fence they just installed and we paid for, is no longer considered safe and acceptable by the county. I am beyond furious. We now have to put in an additional fence because this is not sufficient. Please see attached picture. They "claim" they are approved by the county, but don't let that fool you, they are not!!!

Excellent! I just had my pool fence installed and I’m super impressed. He was professional, on time and his prices were extremely reasonable. Plus we didn’t have to wait long to have it installed. If you’re looking for a security pool fence I would highly recommend this company.

We needed a pool fence in our new place and we contacted guardian , a company we have used in the past. We were very happy the first time Jim came to our house a few years back. David came to our new home to install the fence, and he was extremely nice and effective on how we wanted the fence to wrap around the pool. He made sure we approved everything to our satisfaction and completed the job nicely! we feel safer now that we have a fence and it actually looks nice.thank you David!

We researched different varieties of fencing and cover systems for a large custom shaped pool. After viewing several finished fence applications, seeing both good and bad installations and obtaining a few bids, we chose Guardian Pool Fence Systems to ensure our yard was pool-safe for toddlers. Estimator Jose was very knowledgeable and spent quite a bit of time addressing our concerns and customizing our quote. Installer David Acevedo took our project very seriously and was exceedingly precise in his measurements (properly spaced and angled holes are key to perfection with a tension-based fence line.) David also caught a potential breach point which had previously gone unnoticed by anyone. While no one chooses to erect pool fencing for beautification, the holes in our deck are quite small (dime-sized), the material is lightweight but sturdy and overall we are impressed that our new fencing is not as annoying to look at as we feared. A slight downgrade to the visual appeal of our yard but removable eventually (!) and a small price to pay for peace of mind while kids are young. Highly recommend this local company in business for so many years.
