Got me going good with the Fox Farm soil and nutrients with way better prices than home Depot and the ph up and down for my plant. UPDATE: My plant is growing well.

This company has a policy of not accepting returns except for store credit. They enforce this policy without any discretion at all. Just had a brand new broken piece of equipment, and they would only give me store credit. So now they've tied my money up without compensating me for interest on my money. This store will never see me again after I use this credit up. Very bad business practices. This is the second time this happened, and I was absolutely stunned this time as the mistake was on their end by selling me a faulty product. Buyer beware, this is corporate thievery at its finest.

Great variety of hydroponic supplies and all the employees here are super cool and helpful. I only gave them 3 stars because I ordered some planter bags from them and was told they needed to get them shipped from another store and that I could pick them up in 1 week. After nearly 2 weeks I called them and they said they still didn't receive them. It took them over 3 weeks to get them to me so needless to say I was very disappointed with that whole situation. Aside from that one hiccup they have always come through with customer service and they are knowledgeable about their products.

Always and I mean always out of stock.. beyond unprofessional. Been in hydroponics for 13 years now and can honestly say over the 10 trips I've made there in time they've been open every experience has been horrible. Green acres is about 10 minutes away and it's filled shelves and actual knowledgeable friendly staff. If you're the owner of green coast spend some time in your store. Watch your employees and how they interact with customers. ITS BAD

I am thoroughly impressed with the sales and phenomenal service at GreenCoast. Huge, and I mean HUGE selection of everything one needs for growing. Don't let the storefront fool you, this place is enormous!As well, the pricing was less than other Hydroponics stores, and for me, more convenient as it's on the way home from work. There is also a price match guarantee.To give an idea of pricing differential, the Happy Frog soil I use was $27 a bag at Green Thumb Nursery (WOW!!!), $16 at the hydroponics store I had normally gone to, and $14 at GreenCoast.GreenCoast, you now have a happy regular customer! :-)

Convinced me to buy product telling me I could return it within 14 days if I decided not to use it. Came in within the window to return and then told "Oh, we don't do returns for this." even though it was still unopened and within the window. Go elsewhere or even Amazon to not only save money but time and headache.

Came to Green Coast for the first time today. Left with an amazing 1st impression. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Huge variety and selection of products. They were also very well informed on the products. Had a great convo with the GM David, awesome guy. I highly recommend this store.

If you want the best service at this Hydro ask for David! He is always happy to walk you through the warehouse and explain everything interests you. He can give great recommendations and always keeps his word if promised to get something in stock by certain day. Great communication and wonderful service. Thank You David!
