I won’t speak on the whole company. But, the individuals at this location are very racist. From the management to the concierge. Saddest part, they think they’re doing a great job as a company. More will be heard.

Yeah duh it's expensive. But the service is fantastic and that's what you're paying for. Get your car instantly when you land, drop it off steps from your plane.I left my jacket in the car, figured it was gone for good, got a call from the service people asking for my address so they could mail it. For free.You get what you pay for!

The positive, friendly & accommodating culture from the entire team is commendable, particularly when I’ve experienced the growth & development of the company from a customer perspective. I recommend them to any friends & family that require a hire vehicle.

I would recommend Go Rentals to anyone looking to hire a rental car. The whole process was seamless and the vehicle was excellent and great value for money. We always hire rental cars through Go Rentals, I wouldn’t use any other rental car company.

Very much enjoyed the experience of using GO Rentals - yet again. Having the app made the whole experience seamless to book a vehicle, at what was very short notice. The shuttle service from the airport was great. We thought the driver was very kind, useful, and efficient. Car was in good order and returning it was straightforward. Very happy to rent from you again.

Really easy rental process, close to the airport with a free shuttle service. The staff member we met was super lovely, helpful and kind. All COVID restrictions were well observed. The rental car itself was clean, in good working order, easy to use and had good fuel economy. The whole rental cost was a very reasonable price, too. Over all, a wonderful experience.

I rented for the first time in Salt Lake City. It was a wonderful experience from start (meeting me at hotel) and drop off (after hours at hotel). I will always use them in Salt Lake City!

I had a terrible experience. I had rental car waiting at the Bob Hope airport for 35$ (economy car) but we flew into the Burbank Airport instead. When I told them we had a car waiting and asked how far away the other airport was they failed to mention it was within walking distance. (we are not from CA) So, we felt like we had not choice but to rent a car from Go Rental. They did not mention the $400 "deposit" or any tax/fees. It's been 5 days and the deposit has still not been returned to my account. Just feel like they took advantage of us being from out of town.

Location: JetSuiteX -- Burbank Location CONS: * 3x more expensive than your average Budget, Avis, etc (you are paying for the absolute convenience of getting off the plane and into a car within 10 minutes time) * No unlimited miles * Their website unfortunately does not provide rental rates (you need to call them or book online in order to see the rate) PROS: * Convenience (again, off the plane and into a car within 10 mins) * Very nice staff * Clean (interior) cars
