The worst customer service. I have my wedding coming up and I had really bad experience getting my furniture from here. I ordered everything from here and I don’t like any of them. He saw me pictures I ordered the furnitures and when they came they don’t much with the picture. I ordered coffee table with gold legs but I got with silver leg. He told me he emailed them and will get back to me it’s already 2 weeks he keeps saying it. I got my Dining chairs I ordered with gold legs and it’s like greenish color. He is so rude and keeps saying that he told me that it will not much but he never told me that. Do not buy anything from him.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I ordered a bed and mattress from here and they kept delaying the delivery for over a week. Once the bed and mattress finally arrived, the guys built it and the wood support on the side snapped completely in half. Not even a couple hours we had it. The owner/ manager, kept saying he'll take care of it, he'll fix it, he'll make things right but has been dodging calls and texts from me. Be aware of this place. Go buy from literally anywhere else.

I don't think I've met a more nicer and honest furniture store and salesman as Jack. He is amazing and has the most unbelievable prices. He's super honest, knows exactly what to show you after hearing what you're looking for and always delivers earlier than promised. I am in complete shock and will never go anywhere else ever again. Highly highly highly recommend him from the smallest piece of furniture to a complete house fill in!!!

I am absolutely in love with my new bed room set! As I was looking for a new bed set and mattress I was referred to Global Gallery Furniture by a friend. I must mention my friends entire house is furnished by Global Gallery Furniture. I had always adored her furniture; whether it be her living room set to her kids bedroom beds and drawers. I had an idea of exactly how I wanted by bedroom furniture to look like prior to going into the store. Upon walking into the store I was greeting right away. I had a reference picture of exactly what I envisioned my bed to look like. With the knowledge and experience Global Gallery Furniture achieved and exceeded my expectations. As I lay in bed every night I had very happy with my entire bed set and my mattress as well. I will be a returning customer for all my future furniture needs!

The owner Hakob has horrible attitude, below zero customer service and acts like you are there to beg money from him. He has no ethics whatsoever, he is rude, unprofessional and has no manners. I would never go back to that store again.

The owner is rude with bad attitude. His customer service level ia below zero. Never going back to this place. No return policy, he refused to accept armchairs after 2days of purchase, even with restocking fee.

Horrible service, don't waste your time or money to come here. My family and I came here on Friday and selected what we wanted to get and got the final cost of everything. We went home to think about it and finalize our decision. The following day we went to pay and everything went downhill. There was a client waiting, but no one was at his desk so we approached him and let him know if we can make our purchase. He said he's helping a client and once he's done he will help us. Once he finished helping them, he didn't help us, so we waited patiently. 3 different clients walked in ahead of us, didn't wait, asked him question after question and made their purchases on the spot. At this point, we're frustrated because we've been waiting before them and he's not acknowledging us. Maybe they were paying cash and he prefers that method so he's offering a quicker service for them, I'm not sure. There were people next to us waiting as well and they were frustrated and complaining to us about it. They said we're after you guys so go tell him again you're waiting. Once the representative noticed this and heard what we're saying, he told his clients (who were at his desk and came in after us) that he needs to help us bc we just need to pay. We walk over to him and no customer service whatsoever, but we give him the credit card. He says he doesn't accept cards without a chip which is unheard of. It would've been nice had he told us the day before. Anyways, we give him another card and he says it's declined, which once again wasn't true because we had confirmed with the bank prior to the purchase to make sure all is well. At this point, we didn't care because it sounded like he was just lying and trying to use an excuse to get rid of us. We got very upset and left. I'll never return to this place. There's nothing special, no discounts for ordering several items and it's all from China anyways so might as well order online from another store and save yourself the hassle. Or, go somewhere else that's more organized and appreciates your service. Once we left the store, we followed up with the credit card that got declined and the bank stated it's impossible because there's enough credit to cover it, which proves he really was lying and didn't even process the card.

My wife and I needed a mattress, so we went to global Gallery Furniture and Jack helped us find the perfect mattress. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly, and gave us a great price.
